GoogleIn honour of truth and justice: The owner of this agency presents a rigid, control-based frequency, operating from a scarcity mindset rooted in past experiences of loss and instability. There's a high focus on operational control and property turnover, often overriding tenant well-being in favor of metrics and timelines. Communication may appear "professional" but lacks heart coherence. Energetic boundary lines are often pushed or ignored. Core Field (Psycho-Spiritual Layer): Wounds around authority and power appear to influence how they manage others , a history of being dismissed or powerless in earlier life stages. This now manifests as compensatory control in business. There is low emotional availability and a muted or unawakened heart field. The solar plexus and root chakras dominate energetically, signifying transactional rather than empathic interaction patterns. Soul memory is dormant, indicating a being not yet consciously on a path of awakening or spiritual integration. Please stay far is my only advice, there are others with heart within the system.

GoogleI am a landlord and I have used Let It for 3 years since I bought my property. In that time, Let It have paid me on time every time, informed me promptly of any maintenance issues and dealt with myself and the tenant in a friendly and professional manner. There are regular inspections with dozens of photos and a summary of any issues. Shout out to Stephanie at the Kettering branch, as well as Sarina for handling multiple rent increases. Couldn't recommend enough.

GoogleIn october my wife secured a job in Kettering, which meant we urgently needed to rent a house. At the time, we were living in Luton, making it difficult to attend in-person viewings. We contacted several letting agents to request virtual viewings, but many declined. Out of desperation, we reached out to Let It, and they were the first agency to listen and accommodate our request for a virtual viewing. Their friendly and caring approach immediately put us at ease, especially Kelsie May, who truly went above and beyond. She is a star! We highly recommend Let It for their outstanding service.

GoogleMy family and I emigrated to the UK in 2021. My husband found a job in Kettering and we needed to rent a house desperately as we were staying in an Air BnB and we could not extend our stay. We called quite a few letting agents and we were turned down as we had no credit record in the UK. Out of desperation we knocked on Let It's door and they were the first agency that listened and assisted us rent our first house. Their friendly and caring nature made us feel at ease! We have been with them for 4 years without one minute of trouble and they are always co-operative in getting things done around the property. We highly recommend Let It. We would to extend our gratitude to Sarina Mann in the swift transition of the termination of our lease.

Dear Catharin, I am sorry that you feel our service was poor. The reason for your review appears to be that we rejected you as a candidate for taking a rental property. This was because your partner initially told us that the tenancy contract for the property you wished to apply for would start on the 20th December which you then changed to the 31st December. This means of course that the landlord would have lost nearly two weeks rent by this sudden change of date. The landlord therefore, as he has every right to, decided to choose another viewer who made a concrete offer of being able to move in on the 20th December, instead of you. The landlord has the right to do this and we were following his instructions, as we are bound to do so under our agency agreement with him. Given that you were told this by by Let It Homes as the reason for the rejection of your application it is somewhat disappointing that you have chosen to direct your ire towards us in the way that you have . I would therefore like to stress once more that we are the agent and we act on the landlord's intructions. You have of course also had a full refund of your holding fee. I hope that in your future dealings with other agents you will now how the agency relationship works and understand that such decisions regarding properties are made by the owner, not the agent, so that if you find yourself being disappointed in the future by information being provided to you by a letting agent you first consider who is actually responsible for that bad news rather than shooting the messenger passing it on to you.

GoogleThis is an awful company , full of arrogant people. I would advise any tenant to steer clear of them. They will treat you like trash. I’m sure they will have a lot to say about me , they are good at wording things well , and making things look well for them. Myself, and everyone I know ,has been shocked at the way they have treated me any my two young daughters. They seem to think they are bigger and better/ and perhaps they have the upper hand in this particular situation. They will say I was a bad tenant , but the house has been exceptionally maintained. I never called and made a fuss about anything. They will say I boarded dogs . I did, for friends, looking to make extra money to make ends meet. I offered to put down more deposit . They were never willing to have a conversation. They chucked section 21 through the letterbox , without any forewarning , without as much as an envelope,knowing I have two young children who could have read it first! ( they make a profit by getting the landlord to re-let) They informed me they wanted to carry out an inspection, and when I said I wanted to be there for it , and on that particular day I wasn’t available due to work , they tried to intimidate me. When I stood my ground and offered many other days I would be available, they said “it’s happening when we say it’s happening “ I have two young children, of course I don’t want strangers in our home without me present. They wouldn’t hear it . It’s their way or the highway. As far as I’m aware , both parties should come to a reasonable agreement. They have been rude via email and via the phone. Showing real bullish behaviour. I will admit , after section 21 was served , I paid my rent late , but NEVER before. That was because I was angry (acting on emotion )that they are evicting us , only to re- let the property to another tenant. I offered to pay more rent , I offered to put down more deposit. When I called them , they laughed at me and intimidated me. They have chosen to make us homeless, just to re let the property. They never had a conversation with me . It is a personal vendetta, they have done nothing but discriminate against me. I am willing to admit to my mistakes, I am certain they will come back with a very professional reply to this review. I can see from all the previous reviews they can’t accept any criticism and get extremely defensive. But there are many reviews all saying the same things ‘rude’ , ‘unhelpful’ , ‘unprofessional’ etc This is not a company which is run by decent people , it seems they are a bunch of sharks who will do anything for extra money. They will attack, they will not listen , and they will belittle and bully you. I have emails showing this is a pattern of behaviour .
Dear Dagmire, It is the landlord's decision to evict you not Let It's. The reasons are because you have been in repeated breach of your tenancy by not paying your rent, denying access to your property for inspections and operating a dog day care business from the property which you have refused to stop doing. We are not earning extra money because we take a commission from the rent which you have chosen not to pay. You are not a good tenant, you are, in fact, quite the opposite.
