GoogleHaving had an unpleasant experience in the past, we were apprehensive about re-letting our property. Lang Town and Country helped us to select the right tenants and have continued to ensure there is open on-going communication between all parties. We are very pleased with the high standard of service they are providing.

GoogleWhat started off as a relatively straightforward house sale became rather complicated owing to family illness. Throughout the rather lengthy process Holly, Natalie, Paul and Josh were behind us 100%. Nothing was too much trouble, no request for help was ignored and the communication throughout the whole process was exemplary. I can unhesitatingly recommend Lang Town and Country to anyone facing the rather traumatic process of buying or selling a property in Plymouth. Peter

GoogleBuying and selling a house in 6 weeks is stressful enough, using Lang Town & Country meant the team took all the stresses away. From the first call with Carla advising of a new property coming on the market, to Katherine, Paul and Holly accompanying our viewings. As soon as an offer was accepted Natalie ensured all the paperwork was completed and followed up by Nicki who constantly updated me through which reassured and relived my stress. Even at the last minute helping the solicitors when in the final hour bank transfers were slow. The team are professional they really do know how to get the job done and really do go out of their way to ensure every step of the process they keep you informed and take away any problems occurring. Reassuring and going the extra mile. I can’t recommend this company highly enough, thank you so very much team Lang I can’t thank you enough for all of your support!

TrustpilotAmazing team at the Plymstock office.
The company were great start to finish, our case was slightly different as we were leaving the country before the sale of our house. Everyone in the office kept us up to date with viewings, photos etc. They also re did photos once tenants had left at our request and gave us tips and tricks for a sale. Once a buyer was found the whole process was fast and easy with no badgering on my part.

From the moment I contacted Lang Town & Country (Plymstock branch), I was dealt with in a very polite and efficient manner. The valuation was conducted by Paul at a time to suit myself and within a week, the house was on the market at an agreed price. The professional photographer arrived shortly afterwards. Within a couple of weeks it was sold for very near the asking price and within 8 weeks the keys were handed over. The whole team were very knowledgeable and efficient. No issues whatsoever. Would happily use again. Thank you to everyone.

We worked through Lang to buy our house. They did a great job of keeping in touch with all parties, even though things got tense and extended as legal issues kept on causing complications.One thing was wrong though, the dimensions of the rooms in their brochure. While it says and we know not to use them to plan with, several rooms were wrong by 300mm or so, one bedroom more so as it measured into a difficult area to actually use and the lounge section was over measured in its width around 1m. The door from the house into the garage was also misplaced on the plan to the wrong end of a wall. None of this affected us as their house video and our visit told us all we needed, but their contractor who measured didn't do a good job

GoogleSold my house through Lang Town & Co working with Holly and Josh. Both exceptional from the moment I asked them to value my house. They were professional and guided me through my first house sale with ease and clarified info that I was unsure of. As key decision needed to be made, they supported me and constantly kept me updated. They replied to emails unbelievably fast, always answered the phone and whenever they needed to find out info they did so in an extremely quick manner. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you for be a shining light in what was a tricky, stressful period.

GoogleKathryn and team were brilliant in helping us manoeuvre our way through a difficult buying and selling chain. Although they were only responsible for our purchase I was impressed on how all the estate agents worked together and used their contacts to help ensure we could exchange and complete on the same day. It was touch and go and very stressful but Kathryn was always there to listen and offer advice.

GoogleFantastic service from the team at the Plymstock office. A real contrast to the unfortunate experience I had with the main branch of Lang in Mutely when selling my property with them earlier in the year. The team there could learn a thing or two about service from the team here in Plymstock, a big thank you to Holly, Natalie and Paul in particular for their joint efforts to get the purchase completed before Xmas!
