GoogleLang town and Country helped me sell my parents home after the death of my dad. The service was excellent and house was sold quickly. We had a protracted chain which caused lots of delays but Holly in particular is a credit to your business. Nothing was too Much trouble, I was updated regularly and when I wanted a call back this was prompt. Holly is professional, polite and was very considerate to our particular difficult situation. Thanks Langs to all of the staff who were equally lovely, but in particular thank you Holly. Would have no hesitation but to recommend them.

GoogleI recently sold my bungalow and was very pleased with the great service I received from the friendly team at the Plymstock office of Lang Town and Country estate agents. I found them very professional throughout the sale with great communication skills keeping me well informed throughout the sale process. They made me feel comfortable and at ease all the way through what can be an unnerving experience. I would like to thank Paul, Josh, Holly, Natalie for guiding me the whole way through and especially Katherine for keeping me informed right up to moving day.

Do not use this agent. They gave a viewing in the flat I’m living in without my permission whilst I was at work. I had declined the visit via email and via phone. A complete invasion of privacy and illegal. Not sufficient apologies afterwards. Very poor communication. DO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENT. Not to be trusted

GoogleLang Town and Country were the agents on both our sale and purchase and we couldn’t recommend Emily and the team more. They were fantastic from start to finish, got our house on the market within days and sold very quickly. They kept us updated and communicated with us almost daily and continually chased the whole chain to get it pushed through. If we ever sell in the future we will not hesitate to instruct them again they provided an exceptional service.
