GoogleEveryone at Lang Town and Country were exceptionally helpful and made buying the house as easy as they could. They arranged viewings so that we could meet builders and check dimensions which really assisted us as we thought through our purchase.

GoogleFantastic Estate Agents. I have used Lang Town and Country since the early 90s, for both lettings and selling multiple houses. They are by far the best estate agent in Plymouth, and every part of the business is professional, caring, and kind. Could not recommend enough!

GoogleTerrible customer service, they ask you to provide a lot of information only to actively ignore attempts to communicate. I've heard that, allegedly, they have a strong dislike of children and don't want tenants with families
Dear Guy, We are disappointed to receive and read this review & we are sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. However, all applications are put forward to the owners who decide who they would like to view their property. Your position and situation were put forward to the landlord and they felt that you weren't best suited to their property. We are inundated daily with applications and unfortunately cannot go back to everyone. We do have an automatic response which does say this when you apply. We do hope that you and your family can find suitable accommodation, and should you require assistance in the future we would be delighted to help.

GoogleWe have had a fantastic service from all at Lang Town & Country Plymstock on our recent purchase. Holly went above and beyond to chase for updates and with help from Kat, we were kept updated throughout the whole process which has a been a bit of a roller-coaster. Both were very friendly and professional and we would highly recommend Lang Town and Country following the service we have received. Thank you :)

GoogleReally impressive service from Lang Town & Country Lettings team. They were brilliant throughout my move to Cornwall and have always answered my queries straight away. It made the process really straightforward and relaxed. This service has continued during my rental with any issues/concerns addressed promptly with a high quality maintenance team too. GoogleI've been renting in different places around the country for over 20 years and I can safely say Lang Town & Country have been one of my better experiences in terms of viewing. Shawnie was really knowledgeable about the property, incredibly helpful and responsive in the whole process. This has not been my general experience of the letting agents in Plymouth. They're definitely deserving of their five stars.
