Fantastic job on getting potential tenants lined up. The team were proactive from the start and lost no time in the initial appraisal of the property. This enabled the marketing to be ready for potential viewings which lead to a lot of interest and a tenant being found quickly with all the reference checks being carried out. I've rented with Lang Town and Country for almost 2 years now and have always found them to be an excellent Estate Agent. They are always kind, responsive and efficient. Their system for reporting maintainance and checking the status of issues is also very efficient. Hugo has been my contact at Lang Town and Country and I cannot fault him. He is always responsive to problems, effective at relaying information and a pleasure to talk to during routine property checks. Whilst I have not used Lang Town and Country for renting out a property, I can imagine from my experience of renting with them that they would be very effective and efficient from a landlord's point of view also. 5 Star Lettings/Estate Agent.

Garreth and his team have just sold our flat on the waterfront and it has been a pleasure to deal with all of them. Garreth gave us a realistic valuation of which they achieved 90%, compared to completely unrealistic valuations from other agents which would have led to us having to make several reductions. They conducted all the viewings which was a great help to us and when we got an offer, they monitored and chased progress, communicating with us right up to completion. They really earned their fee, which was very reasonable in any case. Highly recommended!

Great overall experience with Lang Town & Country - both the lettings side and residential sales. I am immensely impressed with the continued contact that the Lang teams have provide. Providing me with a personal email address for Mr Rabin has helped me become 'in the know' with any up and coming properties that are instructed on the market. They personalise their contact and make you feel like you are the only person looking for a property. Although the lettings team were helpful and friendly while out on viewings, myself and my boyfriend decided we would like to buy. The team were helpful in pointing me in the direction of the Sales Team who contacted me immediately. We are first time buyers and felt happy and calm when dealing with the team. We are now in the process of buying a property with Bradley's estate agents but we both wish we were buying with Lang.

This company leave the competitors in their wake. Prior to selling I visited every agent in my home town to discuss their business procedures and costs and really ask ‘why should I sell via them’. From the first encounter it was apparent LTC were head and shoulders above the rest . The disparity between agents is phenomenal with some well known agents being down right dire. In mine and my wife’s opinion one person stood out amongst a pretty amazing team with Olivia being solely responsible for finding us our dream home. Despite rejecting many newly listed properties Olivia was relentless in searching for a property that suited our needs. She listened to what we wanted and delivered. We personally found her extremely professional with a slick courteous manner. Her presentation , photographs description of our property for sale resulted in 16 viewings booked in the first 3 days , over 900 hits on the website and the property selling for full asking price on day two. Would like to express a huge thank you to the team at the Plymstock. My parents are in their ‘80’s” and realised their house in Fore Street, Plympton St Maurice was large and unpractical for their needs.
