GoogleVery impressed with many factors. Valuation was spot on, photos and property listed immediately, updates on viewings, property sold very quickly. During the sale process I had regular updates on progress with buyers solicitors and any questions answered immediately. Very professional and friendly team who I felt worked very hard for us. GoogleHighly recommended, will use again if applicable to me/the area. Had a good experience with LT&C, especially my dealings with Olivia Boulting - she was a great help, a lovely character and went out of her way to assist me. Made my life and the sale much more hassle free! I'll actually go as far as saying she's the nicest and most helpful estate agent I've ever dealt with! Also dealt with Paul Preen and Andy Genge who were also a great help.

They were very professional and made the whole process run smoothly every step of the way, which really helped. I found all of their team very helpful when i had a question about anything and they were always happy to help and give me good advice. GoogleWe recently bought and sold through Lang Town & Country (Plymstock Branch) and the service we received was superb. They sold our flat within a couple of weeks of going on the market and hand held us through the purchase of our new house. We were complete newbies to the process so had lots of questions and needed plenty of reassuring along the way which they dealt with in a patient and professional manner. Special mention to Andy Genge who dealt with everything in a calm and assured way which was crucial to our stress levels during exchange and completion! Couldn't recommend highly enough.

GoogleI can only say that my experience with Lang has been a very positive one. They were able to sell my house in 8 days and also manage the stress and anxiety that goes with house moving. Paul Peen and Sue were amazing..a big than you for a wonderful job well done. And a massive thankyou to all your staff who were so supportive throughout.

Googlevery helpful and friendly i went for a viewing with them and nothing was too much trouble and they knew their stuff came across Professional and experienced and really feed me loads of info that was probably common to most clients but was all new to me and really helped and explained bits unfortunately I didn’t go through with the buy but would and have definitely recommended them :) thanks Becky :)

FacebookWe have sold and bought twice recently. Gareth Forrest and his team are by far the best Estate Agents we have ever used .... and we've moved many times. They are professional, friendly, well informed and work as a team. In our most recent sale we lost our buyers while abroad for seven weeks. Gareth rang us while we were collecting luggage at Heathrow. Before our coach arrived in Plymouth we had a new buyer. Within three weeks we moved to our new home.Impressive. And his recommendation for a solicitor led us to the best one we have ever used.Well done Gareth and team: you deserve more than a box of biscuits!

I sold my house with them last year and only now, after dealing with another estate agency, am I REALLY reminded what a pleasure these guys were to work with! GoogleAfter a long search we found our dream home though Lang Town & Country. We really appreciated the extra lengths every member of the Plymstock office went too find out answers to our many questions. Nothing was too much trouble. The Photographs & floor plans portrayed an accurate description of our property. I can't believe that some estate agents still promote properties with poor images while others do not even offer simple floor plans!!! Natalie, Paul, Andrew and the rest of the team..... you are the best. Thank you all so much Mr & Mrs Younger :-)

FacebookI work at an independent estate agents in St.Albans and had the pleasure of working with Marc Rees (and Amy initially) when we were involved in a particularly difficult chain together. As a fellow estate agent, I frequently encounter other agents in chains who rarely return calls and simply wait for the solicitors to pay their fee. I have nothing but praise, however, for this fantastic firm and the proactive individuals who work there. Marc's attention to detail and perseverance in chasing the chain through to an exchange of contracts was admirable and I would strongly recommend Lang Town and Country's services to anyone considering a move in the future.

Throughout the entire process, from viewings through to completion, the staff at Lang have been friendly and informative, keeping us well up to date with everything going on. Compared to the other agents we dealt with, Lang were approachable and knowledgeable without forcing products and services on us, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell.

FacebookWe have bought and sold a number of properties in Plymouth over the last few years, and Langs are head and shoulders above the rest. There is no -one else we would go to now. They definitely know their stuff, and they know each individual property. We had great confidence in them all. We dealt mainly with Olivia, Mel, Amy and Sharlotte, and I am now worrying that I should have mentioned others, as without exception, they were all brilliant! I was an Estate Agent for an international property company, so I like to think I know what I am talking about. Thank you to all at Langs, we are sure we will speak to you again soon.
