From the very beginning, the team were incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. They made me feel at ease when showing me around the property and were always happy to answer any questions I had.
A special mention goes to Jo, the Sales Progressor, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the purchasing process. Things became a little stressful at times when dealing with the solicitors, but Jo was always on hand to offer support, keep me updated and help move things along. Her help was genuinely a lifesaver and made what could have been a much more stressful experience far more manageable.
Overall, the whole team have been so helpful and supportive, and I’m incredibly grateful for their help in making my first home purchase a reality. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lamb & Co to anyone looking to buy a property!

GoogleThere are no words to adequately describe how great Lamb & Co were for us. We had a lot of complications selling our home (not on Lamb's part, just general market conditions and it being oan old home), and everything they did was supportive, thorough, responsive, caring beyond our expectations and hopes.
Jordan gave us confidence and just set everything up right, the wider team supported us every step of the way, and then comes Jo, who is responsible for sales progression (getting us to completion). I actually train people how to be great with customers for a living. And my new shorthand is: be like Jo.
Jo is hands-down the most proactive, caring, and brilliant person you can ever hope to work with. What would have been a 10/10 stressful situation for any person, Jo made it infinitely easier. We are indebted to Jo, and the team.

Google100% recommend this company and Jo North who was so efficient, friendly and a font of advice with my endless questions.
Been seriously looking for over a year now for what I need and when I spotted it as a Premium Listing on Rightmove late on a Thursday, Jo got me a viewing not even 24 hours later and by the time the weekend was over I had been accepted and approved via the digital reference system they use on Rightmove. It was so easy to use even for an older person like me.
