GoogleLamb & Co are pretty good at getting viewings of your house if you sell through them and we did sell fairly quick but the market is currently very bouyant. They are active on social media which is a good addition to Rightmove etc as a lot of people now use Instagram for property.The photos they take are very good quality and they also use a drone.
The negatives points we felt were that more attention was paid to the buyer than the seller and once we had sold communication wasnt great.

GoogleIf i could give no stars i would!! Worst cow boy company i have come across. Went to make moving easy and stress free however there has been nothing but accusations, assumptions, and lies. Not turning up for viewings. Accusing us of instructing another agent (despite us with on a multi agency agreement under an assisted move). I have never been so appalled! And to be told to 'both move on to better things'!!! AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This estate agents will work hard for you and keep you informed the whole way through your property purchase and all the way untill you collect your keys. I would recommend any one to find houses only from this firm not just for the exceptional response, friendly people and guaranteed extra help with any problems you are having, but also I feel they have the best houses on for sale. They are honest people and I would have been lots without them... 100 and 10 percent ....
