FacebookSold and completed our property recently with Lamb and Co and in truth, we really do question what we have paid the money for.
From the off set, Scott was unwilling to work with us on photos when we weren't happy with them. Having then closed their offices and no longer having a site in Harwich, we did all viewings ourselves and rarely heard anything from the team having to chase them for feedback or information on more than one occasion.
We heard from the estate agents we were buying from every week to keep us up to date with how the chain was moving and even towards the end regarding completion dates and moving toward we knew all information from the vendors agents and not Lamb & co.
On completion day we didn't even get a call from Lamb&Co! Nothing at all, zero communication we relied on the solicitors and other estate agents to communicate for them. Not even a congratulations on selling your home!
Do yourselves a favour and pop your house on with Harwich Village team; they have experience and personal touches that sadly the team at Lamb&Co are seriously lacking.

GoogleWe sold and bought our property with Lamb & Co in October and I cannot recommend them enough!
The team are amazing! Jordan helped us get our current home to market quickly. We then had the lovely Bethany showing us lots of properties over the space of a couple of days and actually saw our dream home on their IG page! We were shown the property by Tony and instantly fell in love with it! From that point we dealt with Hayley who kept in touch with us each week updating us on the progress going forward, she also kept in contact with our solicitors which made everything much easier! Moving house is meant to be one of the most stressful things to do but this team took away all the stress!
There were similar properties up for sale at the same time as ours with other agents and they are still up for sale now! If you want to sell, I would recommend using Lamb & Co!
