selling a property from afar and with probate I didn't know what to expect but I can definitely say they made the whole process easy and straight forward. They persevered with not the easiest of properties with a great outcome. They are a very friendly team, Hayley kept us updated frequently on the sale, helped out with their local knowledge, can't thank Lamb & co enough and would recommend them 100%

Thank you for everything. It wasn't the quickest sale or process, although it was no-ones fault Lamb & Co were always on top of updates. The most lovely team, with so much knowledge and willingness too help. I truly don't think I'd have been so calm through such a stressful time with any other agent! Thank you Lamb & Co. Specifically Hayley, which without her I don't think we would have ever completed!

Lamb and Co have made my first time renting ALOT more smooth and stress free than I have anticipated, they use a platform called vouch for alot of the application process which you can fill in easily from your phone. The agents I dealt with (Lee Price and Coral Manning) were very professional, supportive and communicative every step of the way and we're there to answer my questions and made sure I understood all of the process. You really feel like they care and are there to help and not just another number to them, would recommend them to anyone.

We dealt with Lamb & Co for our recent move regarding the property we were buying. We were very impressed, from Ronnie showing us round and dealing with the purchase and then the fantastic Hayley with regards to the progression of the sale. Hayley kept us up to date the whole way through, contacting us pretty much every week with the latest news on how the sale was proceeding. Hayley was our main source of information and we very much appreciated her being available for any questions and all the updates. Excellent service, would certainly recommend if you ever need to sell your property. Thanks 👍
