GoogleWe have had a very complex sale and chain breakdown which has been so stressful. Jo Millar came along and she couldn't do more for us; explaining processes, updating us even if there isnt any change just to touch base, keeping us calm. We are soooo thankful she is involved. And Scott has been so supportive and involved - he genuinely cares which is lovely. We really appreciate it and recommend Lamb & Co for anyone selling and/or buying!

GoogleSecond property we have sold through Lamb & Co and yet again their service is excellent. If we were selling again we wouldn't even consider using another estate agent why would we with 12 viewings in as many days sold on the 12 day contracts signed and buyer moving in after 24 days!! Almost daily contact from either Jo, Tony and Jordan who always kept us fully updated and informed. Selling property is always a daunting prospect but Lambs just seem to make everything less daunting and less stressful with their positive, friendly and customer focussed yet professional approach. Must mention the great images of the property taken by Zoe the in house photographer.

GoogleI have been a tenant with Lamb & Co for many years now.. They are super helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much! I recently requested some documentation and Robert Perry went above and beyond to get this sorted for me. Super quick and efficient. All the letting team are amazing!

GoogleAsked them to value my house told me 325k other estate agents told me 500k-525k but then the lad who came spent a lot less time than the others didn't ask as many questions and got aggressive with me when I questioned his valuation. Possibly he thought I was vulnerable due to valuation for probate purposes or maybe he's just rubbish at his job. This was the St Osyth branch and a couple of years back but as far as I concerned the company is a cowboy outfit. Response to your response. Didn't market house till this year and sold it for over 500k but unfortunately the chain was broken. If you Google suggested price then you're correct but other agents showed me what was for sale in the area you didn't asked me about the solar panels you didn't and so much more. You used to have lots of branches but now closed says it all.

Whilst ultimately we did not proceed with the purchase, this was solely due to the unrealistic expectations of the Vendor. We would definitely recommend this agent and only wish the house we are now buying was being sold through Lamb & Co.

GoogleHayley was great, positive communication and kept in touch regardless….whether there was something to say or not! Stand out during the process. My original experience in selling started with a different agent. In comparison Stoneridge were tardy and dated against Lamb & Co. I was always chasing for feedback and driving the agent and often given incorrect information. It was a breath of fresh air when Lamb & Co started marketing as they were far more pro-active straight away bringing offers to the table, and communicating all activity no matter what. I would recommend the Lamb & Co team to offer a positive experience throughout a difficult timeframe when selling a home.

GoogleWe found a property in Clacton on Sea which has taken 8 months to finally complete the long Chain. Tony was the Salesman , very professional and positive. We were then passed on to the Sales Progression Team and Hayley Jones. Hayley has been with us although this long process. Polite and very positive and kept us informed at all times.
