GoogleI’m a bit deaf & did some times have difficulty understanding Haley, but totally agree with David’s review re chasing for the ‘Management Pack’, which I eventually discovered meant LPE1 form. As seller it was equally frustrating to be told by solicitor it was in hand, when it actually wasn’t (or the wrong agent was being asked for it) and otherwise would’ve had much earlier notice of completion date instead of the 9-day rush!

GoogleThe team at Lamb and Co have been my managing agents for 6 years now and they are hands down the best agents I have ever worked with. Their communication with both myself and my tenants is excellent and that coupled with their knowledge of both the local market and the many rules regarding letting never cease to impress me. Particular praise from me goes to Lee Price and Coral Manning who look after my property as if it was their own.

GoogleMy husband and I can’t praise Lamb and co enough. When all faith was lost in selling and buying a new house after we had lost several, Lamb and Co went above and beyond to help us find our new dream home. We can’t thank Tony enough for all the help, all the phone calls we placed Into him and his colleague Bethany, helping us and calling us even out of hours to answer issues we had. The help that Tony provided when we lost a house as we had sold, was really uplifting and gave us our hope back. I know that if I ever move again I wont hesitate to place my property for sale with Lamb and Co, there would be no other estate agent I could trust as much as I trust these guys. Thank you Tony and thank you Bethany for going the extra mile.

GoogleWe sold and bought our property with Lamb & Co in October and I cannot recommend them enough! The team are amazing! Jordan helped us get our current home to market quickly. We then had the lovely Bethany showing us lots of properties over the space of a couple of days and actually saw our dream home on their IG page! We were shown the property by Tony and instantly fell in love with it! From that point we dealt with Hayley who kept in touch with us each week updating us on the progress going forward, she also kept in contact with our solicitors which made everything much easier! Moving house is meant to be one of the most stressful things to do but this team took away all the stress! There were similar properties up for sale at the same time as ours with other agents and they are still up for sale now! If you want to sell, I would recommend using Lamb & Co!

I must say it has been a real pleasure sharing our experience with Bethany, she is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly, she always goes the extra mile to please and nothing is too much trouble for her. She is an exceptional credit to her company Lamb & Co and to her profession. We would definitely recommend Lamb & Co to anyone wishing to buy or sell their property and also wish Bethany all the best for her future career in estate agency.
