GoogleWe decided to sell our house in Greenfield in the summer and invited some estate agents round to give us a price.we picked Kirkhams in uppermill due to their friendly and professional approach. We had an open house which worked really well, so well that the people who bought our house came to that and twice after . Oliver did all the viewings for us we didn’t need to do a thing, they also gave us valuable advice on things we needed to change in order to get a sale. They were constantly in touch with us with feed back and were proactive at all times, it was almost as if we were part of a family. I cannot praise Stuart and Oliver enough they were fabulous. GoogleWe invited three local agents to value our home in February 2018. The first and second valuations were identical. Oliver completed the final valuation and impressed us with his energy and appreciation for the property. He also valued in excess of the previous companies and expressed his confidence in achieving a successful and profitable sale. Result! Our house was sold the following month to the second viewer at a price of over 4% more than the other valuations. A significant sum in respect of the overall price. Once Oliver had achieved the sale, Stuart took over and was immaculate throughout the whole process. His communication was pro active and always professional. It was a pleasure to do business with the Uppermill office. Very satisfied! Keith and Terrie Barnes.

GoogleFantastic service! Our house sold in just 2 weeks. Stuart made the process really easy and was always updating us on progress. I can't believe how easy it was to move house! Would always recommend and when we move again I won't use anyone else but Kirkham Property!

FacebookI've just used Kirkham Lettings for a tenant finder service. Great service from having Jay round initially to talk me though the process and rental assessment and Suzie dealing with potential tenants and then agreeing a let for me. I felt their standard of service was superb all the way through and will use them again should ever I need a letting agent in the Oldham area. Thank you so much.

FacebookTerrible experience from start to finish. Unprofessional and disorganised through all stages of the process. We ended up doing most of their job for them. The solicitors linked to Kirkhams is slow and only seemed to work part time.
