GoogleAs usual excellent service at both the uppermill branch and conveyancy team in royton. Rare to have such a quick turnaround. Took around 8 weeks, which these days usually takes 3-4 months so very happy. I will definitely keep using them

GoogleStuart at the Saddleworth branch is by far the most helpful estate agent I’ve used over the years. Nothing is too much trouble for him. He is not only fantastic at his job but engaging and funny. When things don’t go your way (no fault of AK) he makes the situation all more good. Thanks Stuart for a pleasent transaction.

GoogleExcellent service from start to finish. Oliver and Stuart couldn't do enough to help us, and made a stressful process efficient and easy. We were kept up to date all the way through the process. They both had a professional approach whilst providing a friendly and personal service. We couldn't recommend them enough, and will definitely be using them if we move again!

GoogleSold our house with Kirkhams just over 2 years ago. Terrible from start to finish. Disorganised, dishonest and terrible communication I wouldn't recommend going anywhere near them. Moving house is stressful enough without having to put up with the extra stress of doing their job for them.

GoogleWe decided to sell our house in Greenfield in the summer and invited some estate agents round to give us a price.we picked Kirkhams in uppermill due to their friendly and professional approach. We had an open house which worked really well, so well that the people who bought our house came to that and twice after . Oliver did all the viewings for us we didn’t need to do a thing, they also gave us valuable advice on things we needed to change in order to get a sale. They were constantly in touch with us with feed back and were proactive at all times, it was almost as if we were part of a family. I cannot praise Stuart and Oliver enough they were fabulous. GoogleWe invited three local agents to value our home in February 2018. The first and second valuations were identical. Oliver completed the final valuation and impressed us with his energy and appreciation for the property. He also valued in excess of the previous companies and expressed his confidence in achieving a successful and profitable sale. Result! Our house was sold the following month to the second viewer at a price of over 4% more than the other valuations. A significant sum in respect of the overall price. Once Oliver had achieved the sale, Stuart took over and was immaculate throughout the whole process. His communication was pro active and always professional. It was a pleasure to do business with the Uppermill office. Very satisfied! Keith and Terrie Barnes.
