GoogleI used Kirkham's to sell my mum's property. I was very impressed with the photos taken. The house needed lots of work, but the pictures were good quality, showing it's best feature, the view. Worked hard to get constant flow of viewings. They are professional and very friendly. Especially Stuart, who I mostly liased with. Would definitely recommend.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleI can't recommend Kirkham Property highly enough! They went above and beyond to ensure we completed our purchase in time for Christmas. Stuart in particular was absolutely fantastic from start to finish and thoroughly deserves the plaudits he receives on here.

GoogleMy family and I were very pleased with the way Kirkham Uppermill work to help us through the very stressful process of buying a property. By the time I went to pick up the keys of the property, although I had never met any of the team in person, I felt they were old friends. Also although we weren’t their clients, the vendor was, I felt that over and over again they showed great professionalism and a smooth process, of buying the property was their aim. I couldn’t recommend them more strongly. ClivePositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe have dealt with Stuart @ Kirkham Property over the last couple of years, the experience has been great. Stuart has always kept me informed and handled our property sale with professionalism throughout. The rest of the team are also a pleasure to deal with, polite on the phone and stick to their promises. I would recommend anyone looking to list a property in the local area to contact the Kirkham team.
