FacebookReally happy with the service that Key Property has provided. Myself and my husband live away from our property, so having Diane take care of everything, makes the whole thing so much easier. Great communication, very fast response to emails, problems solved quickly, and concerns are investigated promptly. We found our own tenants, but would have absolute faith in Diane to find us a replacement in the future, if required.

GoogleKey Residential listed my property & found a suitable tenant very quickly. They handled all aspects of the tenant referencing, check-in and holding the deposit. Really good communication all the way through. During the tenancy I had no issues with the tenant who kept the property pristine. I would highly recommend Aimee and her team.

GoogleHighly recommended. I've purchased two houses through Key Online Sales now and they've always been wonderful to work with. They always pick up the phone and are quick on email. They really are a business with soul and time for all their customers. They remember who you are, and don't rush you off the phone or to make decisions, which I've experienced with larger national agents. They have a wealth of local knowledge and are simply easy to get on with. I hope I get the opportunity to use them again.
