Key Lettings reviews in Buxton

I've worked with Vicky for over 11 years, and my property has been managed by Crowther Keys for around 18 years. Throughout that time, Vicky has always been professional, knowledgeable, approachable and incredibly helpful. As I am now selling the property, it will genuinely be sad not to have the opportunity to speak with someone who has provided such outstanding service over the years. I say this as the Managing Director of a letting agency myself. I know first-hand that people working in lettings are often the unsung heroes, with much of the recognition going to sales teams. Vicky is a fantastic example of the professionalism and dedication that great property management requires. I'd also like to thank the entire team, especially Josh, for all of his support over the years. I can wholeheartedly recommend Crowther Keys, both as a landlord and now as a seller. Their professionalism, communication and genuine care for their clients set them apart. If you're reading this review because you're considering using them, I can honestly say they are superb at what they do.

We bought our first home together with Crowther Key in Buxton and cannot thank Rebecca enough for her patient, support and expertise throughout the whole process. She kept us sane as we were part of a chain with a couple hiccups along the way but nothing was too much trouble for her and she was always great at responding to queries and keeping us in the loop and up to date with what was going on

Vicky, Josh, Howard, Rebecca and Clive have been providing excellent support from booking in the initial viewing three years ago to handing the keys back in. Vicky, in particular, went above and beyond to help settle in and also to help during periods of snow when the LPG ran out in our village. Timely, clear and friendly communication. Absolute pleasure to deal with the team! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a property in the Buxton area.

Wonderful and personal experience for tour house sale from Crowthers. Both Becky and Josh were really easy to speak to, listened and acted on all of our requests to make it feel like a more tailored experience. Would highly recommend.

Although my circumstances changed and I didn't end up renting a property, I would highly recommend Crowther Key Lettings and will certainly use them if the need arises in the future. Vicky couldn't have been more helpful and went above and beyond to try and find a property that suited my needs and budget - had my situation not changed I would have had no qualms at all about letting through them. Friendly, helpful and very professional throughout.

Was relocating from near London to Buxton. Took interest on a rental property on rightmove. This was not the house for us, however explained my situation to Vicky who found us a suitable rental property. Her customer service skills were out of this world and she did everything in her power to make the move happen. From start to finish she was upmost professional, even with us being tricky customers. I cannot thank her enough for making this relocation happen. Looking forward to the next chapter in my life in Buxton! Thanks Vicky! Fran and Rich x

Amazing letting agents. Was looking for a 3 bed to rent and Vicky rang me as soon as one came up. Fell in love with the house and the whole process was so easy to go through with no stress at all. Vicky rang me several times to keep me up to date with information regarding the house which was really nice. Me and the kids can’t wait to settle into our new home. Massive thank you to Vicky you have been amazing through it all, really couldn’t thank you enough 🤍

Our lettings agent Vicky Bramwell has been absolutely amazing and also the team at Crowther Key! Anytime we have had any issues, she has been quick to respond to them. We recently moved and Vicky was the overseer on our moving journey and we wouldn't ask for anybody else as she's just been the best, during our previous home and current, thank you!

Thank you so much Rebecca. You've been an absolute star from start to finish. We had an "interesting" sale, but rebecca was just so helpful with every hurdle we came to. She really couldn't of done enough for us. Shout out to the lads Howard and josh too for all your help too. Thanks again x

Vicky has managed our BTL property (which Josh helped us purchase) for the past 6 years. The service is just exceptional... Vicky is ultra efficient, honest, diligent and extremely easy to work with. She has exceptional knowledge and understanding of the local property market and is always able to provide helpful insights and guidance. We have properties managed by other agents in various locations and Vicky's service is absolutely stand-out. Highly recommend if you are a landlord, tenant or someone looking to purchase a property in the region.

Superb service throughout! Can't credit the team enough! You really felt looked after, even if there are a few bumps in the process that are totally out of your control - The team reassured us throughout and took the strain of these issues for us. Im so grateful I chose a local agent like these over an online property sales agent. Thanks again for a 5 star service guys!
