GoogleMy dealings with Linsey at Key Residential have been very positive. She has been very proactive, professional and her customer focus is excellent. GoogleKey residential and Richard at Hoylake cottage are actively discriminating against disabled and vulnerable tenants and are currently attempting to evict me because of medical cannabis prescription which is protected under the disability and equality act 2010. After serving a full disclosure of my disability, medical prescription, paperwork, evidence of legality they then said they would email the landlord at hoylake cottage for a formal response. This was on August 12th 2025 and as of today, 13/01/2026 I have still not had any reply or acknowledgement 5 months later. Key residential are actively breaking the law and discriminating against me due to protected medical characteristics and disabilities. What they are doing is negligent, unprofessional and illegal. I have evidence of this via email where they said they would get a response and then 5 months later nothing. Medical cannabis when used with a prescribed nebulising device is exempt from smoking or vaping bans in properties as it is a medical device. This same device and medication has been sucessfully brought into places such as police stations and airports. Richard at hoylake cottage said it was 'drugs and smoking' which is wrong and can be proven wrong legally. The home office approved the use of medical cannabis for medical purposes in 2018 and the resheduling can be found on the gov website. The eviction is being contested in court at the time I type this and the discrimination has been noted during the hearing at Birkenhead County Court.

GoogleKey Residential listed my property & found a suitable tenant very quickly. They handled all aspects of the tenant referencing, check-in and holding the deposit. Really good communication all the way through. During the tenancy I had no issues with the tenant who kept the property pristine. I would highly recommend Aimee and her team.

GoogleWould give 0 stars if I could. Took months to get a reply , they avoided calls , accomodation was baltic and refused to acknowledge. Would not let me be present at check out even though it is my legal right Would not recommend, absolutely awful !! Horrific experience!
