You must subscribe to read the reviews, so the 1 star it’s legitimate for the outstanding crap management together all the rest of their creepy Clients which they titled themselves as companies to work for . I’m glad to see that I’m not the only one who got scammed from either parties. Dear Glassdoors creators, this matter it’s your responsibility as well, don’t forget that justice still working around and soon people who suffered will stand up!

GoogleKeigar homes get 5 stars from me because we love our Keigar home which we purchased in 2018. It has been good for us over the last 7 years apart from early snags which were soon sorted by the builders. However a mains water leak recently occurred which was in the front garden, the water providers didn't really want to know and gave us 30 days to fix it. A worrying time but after informing Keigars they stepped up to the plate and helped us massively in sorting the problem. Thank you. So 5 stars from me.

I am currently looking for a job and would like to look at reviews for company's I am applying for. Glassdoor won't let you do anything until you have either left a review, or something similar. This makes me not want to use it. I just want to be able to see reviews without commitment. It's getting ridiculous, I'd rather not use Glasadoor and look on Indeed etc instead. It makes me not want to use it, and when I have got through to the reviews, this is only after I have made up a fake salary for a company. There are never any negative reviews which is different to other review websites like Indeed, which implies they are only allowing positive reviews to be shown. Which is very misleading.

The most useless and pathetic, like a blackmailing site. Trash. They keep fake companies that have names as the real ones. The results are shown on Google under the fake names but influencing in a negative way the real companies. ‐1 for being suck trash

A TJX store manager told a malicious complaint on me because he was racist towards black people and the complaint got me dismissed. Racism is high in that specific store TKMAXX in Worcester with the store manager Kris Manning black people avoid shopping there and spend your hard earned cash with these racist people

Tried to look up a company and informed that in order to view reviews on Glassdoor, one must register an account. Okay. Done. Tried to view reviews only to be told I have to first leave a review. This information was not given when informed I had to make an account or I would not have done so, passing on personal information.

The website started with good intentions and has turned into a place to anonymously moan, defile and incite negativity! I would be more inclined to AVOID companies who have good ratings on Glassdoor. Glassdoor you have completely lost your way and frankly I don't know how you all sleep at night. When you make contact with them, they don't reply.

I was asked by my new employer to review them on Glassdoor. Like a fool I did! Despite telling Glassdoor I didn't want to receive emails from them I received marketing emails. Their communication is via a web form which doesn't work. They are SPAMMERS.

This website is a total waste of time and selling accounts to employers is now all they are interested in. Talk about biased. My previous employer has an account with Glassdoor and not surprisingly, with the occasional token exception (for appearances sake), only 5 door positive reviews appear to be published. If you're looking for an unbiased opinion of a prospective employer, I would recommend swerving Glassdoor as it's little better than one of those scammers on Google who have got all of their mates to leave them fake top reviews!

Tescos, I had an interview on 21st November 2024, at Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire on the Pharmacy counter. I checked my emails at 10.30ish to check again the details. I noticed another email which informed me that I had been unsuccessful in my interview and feedback was available. I immediately emailed as I was very concerned, stating I had an interview in a few hours and also could I have feedback.I found the telephone number of the recruiter called. They stated that I had not been successful in my interview, so I asked for feedback, eventually coming back to me that the wrong email had been sent, hence couldn't give me feedback.I was furious, this interview had been arranged 8 days previously, there was no phone call as it was on the day and I was lucky I saw the email.1. The staff are obviously to me lazy, just sending out an automated email.2. Assuming not checking about the candidate they were emailing. 3. As it was on the day, the correct procedure would be to call the candidate and explain, not leaving it for the candidate to call them.4. Customer service in the careers department obviously is non existence.5. Hence what does it say about customer service to prospective staff and staff already employed. Yet customer service is meant to be a top priority. 6. I have found the whole experience totally disrespectful, upsetting as if I has received a call discussing the situation, I would not have been as upset as I am, as I feel I have done their job.7. If I had not got the position because I had failed the interview, I would have applied for other posts at Tescos.8. Speaking about my experience to someone in the same area, who was disgusted by their behaviour and recommended this site.9. The people I spoke to where apologetic, but it was too little to late.10. I feel better having done this so thank you Glass door.

Besides bowing to pressure from companies to remove negative but truthful reviews, the site itself is flawed. Repeatedly experience issues with logging in. It’s buggy as hell. Reported several times and told their engineers are aware and they’re trying to resolve. Doesn’t matter what browser, network or device. Even registered new account and still same issues.

Glassdoor operates as a one-sided platform that lacks effective management and should be re-evaluated. When an employee is dismissed due to performance issues, it’s understandable that their feedback might not reflect a positive experience. Unfortunately, if someone holds a grudge and has the time, they can post multiple negative reviews, skewing perceptions unfairly. Even when issues are reported, Glassdoor’s response consists of generic emails that don’t provide any meaningful support or resolution, making it frustrating and unhelpful for companies trying to address unfair or inaccurate reviews.

My colleagues and myself posted reviews about our company that gave a true reflection of our work conditions. Because they were negative, they were all removed. Got into contact with Glassdoor and sided with the the employer to remove them. There own site says employers can't get reviews removed. Seem contradictory to me. Contradictory and hypocritical. Bias and fake curating of reviews.
A review that appears on several offices' pages is shown once. We leave out reviews that name another agent.
