Absolutely disgraceful, if I was able to provide a 0 star, then I would. I don't usually rate housing providers, but this tetney office had done nothing but provide a lack of care towards customer service. Website provided information stating office opening hours yet no one present when you visit unannounced. When making an appointment about a specific showhome and getting the heads up, upon arrival after an hour and a half of driving got told that it was unavailable due to it only being shown on a Saturday... Wasted majority of the day travelling and achieved nothing productful.
Don't bother with this location as it's clearly taking it's customer audience as a joke. You're better off going down to another provider or location in hopes of better service and housing.

Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
