GoogleKeenans and Lorraine in particular where really helpful and easy to deal with from start to finish. Even when we had buyers agreed and they back out late in the process Lorraine was quick to ensure new buyers where found in order for me to not loose out on the purchase of my new dream home. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleThe service offered seemed poor at best where it seemed that the negotiator had too many other tasks to deal with rather than keeping the client in the loop with regular updates. There was even a time that the information given a week apart was identical which did not fill me as the client with much confidence. There seemed no sense of urgency or drive from the negotiator which left me for weeks in the dark with little movement on the sale. I often said for a no chain sale to take just short of 6 months to go thru was baffling.

GoogleI purchased a house for sale with Keenan’s. Everyone involved was polite and helpful, returned calls when they said they would and kept me updated. Jack managed my purchase and I cannot fault his service. Never pushy with me and knew where the process was upto and when help from myself with solicitors etc was needed. Would highly recommend (I know you don’t get to choose who you purchase with but if this is the service when buying I’d anticipate equally good service when selling).

GoogleI have nothing negative to say about the service I received from Jack Banks at this Keenans branch. I was buying my first home and he called me very frequently to update me on everything that's happening with the sale. I have no experience with other estate agents as I'm a first time buyer, but I can honestly say the feedback I got from Jack on everything to do with the sale was just what I needed, when I needed it. I felt assured that I could call or email at any time to ask any questions and get a fast response. Got the keys a week ago and I'm very happy. Thank you Jack!

GoogleKeiran Beech handled the complicated and extremely stressful sale of my new house. He was fantastic at helping me understand the process and was very empathetic when there were changes to my circumstances. Keiran did everything he could, dealing with horrendously incompetent solicitors, dealing with questions and queries and constantly trying to keep the sale moving. Thankyou, Keiran!

GoogleWe recently sold our property in Clitheroe through Keenans. The property sold very quickly and the whole process was very professional including the photos, the sales team and the website. But deserving of particular praise is Lewis Chilton in the sales progression team. After the initial flurry and excitement of accepting an offer the process goes quiet whilst solicitors do their stuff. But, throughout the process Lewis was busy chasing solicitors and feeding us with updates. He took the worry out of the whole transaction and kept all parties informed. Well done and thank you Lewis. GoogleKeenans recently sold our house. They got us an offer and completed the sale quickly. I'd highly recommend them. Lewis, who was in charge of our sale was very helpful and communicated everything that we needed to make the sale as stress-free as possible.
