GoogleDont bother worst estate agent in blackburn very pushy always persuade sellers to refuse offers even when the vender agrees verbaly with buyer.... women called georgia dealt with my buy and was un profesional and was forcing the lender to refuse my offer.... AVOID AT ALL COSTS BUYERS AND SELLERS

GoogleUNPROFESSIONAL,BAD COMMUNICATORS,AND BORN LIAR'S . Well where do I start. Have been interested in a property on Dawlish Close since February 2018 when it came on the market. Saw it,loved it,just around from the corner where me I'll parents live so ideal we can be close by. Put an offer in,sorted out a mortgage,sent over offer, mortgage details and checks 3TIMES. Put our property on the market,KEPT IN TOUCH (us emailing/ringing) all the time,to have updates. Went on holiday in June,came back and noticed they reduced the price of the property,KEENANS didn't tell us. Put in another offer and was told several times nobody else was looking at it . Never really spoke to the same person,hence the left hand doesn't know what the right hand doing. We sold our property in Lytham,cash buyer. Brilliant. As my parents live around the corner and I pass the property we wanted to buy every day I saw somebody in the property. A survayor for somebody else!! KEENAN'S didn't bother to ring us or anything. We missed out on our forever home by 3days because they couldn't be arsed to communicate to us. We are gutted,upset and now feel pushed to find a property quickly. There are no suitable ones in the area yet. Thanks KEENAN'S for that . Like I said,unprofessional,can't communicate between them and run by a bunch of kindergarden kids that don't know what they are doing. Oh and lied to our faces on 3 occasion s that I know of about ringing us or emailing us. LIARS. If you buy or sell a house through these cowboys.......GOOD LUCK yoully need it. Asked to speak to a manager to make a complaint.........still waiting for that phone call.

GoogleAbsolutely awful estate agents. Booked a viewing to view a house that had just come on the market, phoned that day to book a viewing for the following week, turned up to the viewing and knocked on the door only to be told by the owners that the house had been sold three days prior. Total waste of journey from Settle to Darwen. No phone call to cancel the appointment or anything. Avoid at all costs!! Clitheroe branch just as bad!!

GoogleBought a house recently (Oct 2018) through Keenans. Couldn't fault their work ethic or professionalism. Harriet was always available to speak to us about our purchase and was very proactive in keeping us informed and upto date. It was reassuring having the same person to speak to throughout the purchase and was lovely when Harriet handed over the keys in person. Many thanks!!!!

GoogleI couldn’t have asked for more, this is a fantastic estate agents. The staff are extremely friendly, especially the stunning lady Cree who dealt with me and delivered exceptional customer service. The office has a professional, yet relaxing vibe to it - just what I needed as looking for a house becomes quite stressful. I would highly recommend this to anyone, the other reviews on here must be some sort of mistake!? Thank you so much Keenans, I will be spreading the word.

GoogleAs I was walking through clitheroe looking for an estate agents I came across keenans. So I popped in all the staff were very welcoming and helpful. I was looking to sell my house and move into the ribble valley. I will only use keenans as they were very up to speed with the information they were giving out on the houses I was looking at. A great help thanks to every one at keenans.

GoogleI bought my house through Keenans Accrington branch and they were fanastic. They didn't only help me through the buying process but because I was a first time buyer they also offered mortgage advice and recommended a solicitor, the purchaser went smoothly and the staff in the office and the sales team couldn't have been more helpful - I would definitely recommend them!
