I put my house on the market with Keenans on 12th Dec and within a month we had received around 20 viewings and had 4 asking price offers on the table. (We have recently accepted an offer for OVER asking price.) We have been thoroughly impressed with the service from Keenans Accrington, especially Johnathon whom has gone above and beyond. From the photography, account management service, viewing representatives and in general their customer service, Keenans have completely out shone other estate agents we have used previously. Should we decide to sell our home in the future, i will only choose Keenans and will continue to highly recommend them to those i know.

Excellent service. Having just sold our property and moved into the new house (during lockdown), I can honestly say that Keenan's have been a pleasure to deal with. Both Sophie and Nichol were always available (should we need them) and very helpful throughout the entire process. I would (and already have) recommend Keenan's to any prospective sellers and wish them all the best during this uncertain period.

I called up about a house last week that I wanted to buy in cash and I found the exchange so bizarre and comical I had to write about it. A gentleman answered the phone, any questions about the house (or alternatives) were met with sighing, rude responses, abrupt and one word answers. I also wasn’t allowed to put an offer in on the house, basically because he couldn’t be bothered to do his job. I will say that I spoke to another chap the week before who was nice and helpful and I’d been hoping to speak to him again. However, with this other gent, If you’re selling a house here, keep in mind they won’t push to get a better price for you or even show you all of the offers. Have a look at their reviews, seems the glowing ones are from recently made accounts with no history to them, almost as thought they’re writing them themselves. People that operate with this sense of entitlement amaze me. Where does it come from? I guess that attitude to life is why the polite person in this exchange is buying houses in cash and the rude, obnoxious person certainly isn’t.

we moved from manchester to blackburn this year and Keenans was our estate agent. I can honestly say they were fantastic. They made things so easy and were so helpful. Our sales progression agent, Helena Howard, was nothing short of outstanding. She repeatedly went our of her way to help us and make what would have been a stressful experience so much easier. I can't recommend Keenans enough :)

I contacted Keenans to find out some further details about a house I was interested in buying. After 10 days they didn't get back to me. I contacted them again, still after two days no information. The house is less than £100,000 but still I would expect decent customer service. If you want to sell your house then I suggest NOT to use this estate agent. As a potential buyer I have given up on the house I wanted to view because of them. Very disappointing.
