GoogleLiam at keenans was brilliant at keeping in touch with us and helping with an enormous legal problem we had with the property we were selling and they were not even our agents, they were the agents for property we were buying but even so they did more than our own agents and kept us in the loop way more than any of the solicitors. We'll done keenans and especially Liam.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleAlthough we were just buying a property and not selling we found Keenans very professional and informative keeping us updated on all aspects of the sale. I would like to mention Lewis who was extremely helpful he called every week with a progress report and coordinated with the vendors and solicitors. I would definitely recommend KeenansPositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe just completed a purchase with Keenan's and the whole experience with this branch was great throughout. Helena was an absolute miracle worker, like many others we were trying to complete while the stamp duty holiday was still in effect, she pulled out all the stops and dealt with our many random (and probably stupid) questions with good grace and efficiency. she was the glue between us and the solicitors, and we made it with 2 weeks to spare. Brilliant job, would recommend in a heartbeat!!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleAlthough I am not currently selling my property with Keenans, before I accepted an offer I had called them to make enquiries about switching to them. I spoke to Jonathan who was so helpful and gave me all the advice I needed. Jonathan calls me weekly to check on the progress of my sale even though it is with another Estate agent (who I have to constantly ring and email to get information) I have another house that will be going up for sale soon and I will definitely be using Keenans. Jonathan and the team are very friendly and professional so i am actually looking forward to selling the next house with them!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleFantastic service provided by the whole team. Selling my house through them was easy, smooth and quick as they make a real effort to market their properties. This is the second time I used them, both sales were excellent and quick. Following on from an agreed sale I was kept fully upto date with the progress regularly, I never needed to chase Keenans, unlike other estate agents involved in my chain. Particular thanks to Sophie who demonstrated brilliant customer service but also had time to listen, especially as moving home can be stressful without throwing covid-19 into the mix. She made the situation a lot less stressful. Thanks to the whole Keenans team, both Blackburn and Accrington branches. I would highly recommend them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleTerrific viewings with enthusiastic staff

GoogleGreat estate agents, they have a huge plasma screen in there window to view property and the Web site is simple and easy to use. You can refine your search to match exactly what your looking for to which was great as well.

GooglePut in an offer on a house at a price slightly higher than the sale values of other identical houses on the same estate (the others actually had bigger gardens). Received the response "you do know how much it's listed for, don't you?". Not exactly the professional response that I expected.
