GoogleThe company discriminates against people on benefits. People on benefits have to provide a guarantor which is ridiculous and unfair, as most people on benefits are less likely to have that, the rent gets paid the same as if you were working so policy that makes no sense. And the very lovely gentleman slammed the phone down on me when I said I would leave a review. If you don't have a brain cell the last sentence was sarcasm.

GoogleAbsolutely seamless process from start to finish when arranging renting a new property. Quick and efficient and above all friendly and professional. Specific mention to Callum who was my main point of contact and kept me informed at every step of the way leaving me worry free. Additionally Kamil and Katie who I also dealt with during the process. Keenans clearly has a great team of people. I would and will recommend them to anyone looking for an agent. Thank you so much

GoogleAwful to deal with, we purchased our property through them and had nothing but issues, rang every day for a week requesting a second viewing, no response, had to turn up to the house to ask the owner, they hadn't been contacted. Embarrassing customer service and blatant lies, telling us that the previous buyer who dropped out, hadn't had any searches done, and the owner told us he had. Called to tell us we could collect the keys 3 hours after we had been in the house. Just ridiculous

GoogleGreat from start to fibish. Very helpful with the stress of selling a house. At times they acted on my behalf when I was unable to contact the solicitor. A really good team, proactive and always ready to listen and advise. The kind of team I want on my side if I had to do it again.

GoogleWhere do I begin. Keenans are liars. If your selling a property through them then please avoid. They will not get the best price for you. All they are after is a quick turnaround and put pressure on the sellers in accepting an offer which in this instance they were old and vulnerable. I'd put in an offer on a house I liked only to be informed that my offer was rejected because of the size of the deposit of 70%. Why should that matter when I had a mortgage in principle agreed for the remaining amount. I then spoke to the vendors directly who informed me that Keenans had put them off from accepting my offer despite it being the highest. The poor vendors were old and had been lied to by both Robert and the branch manager Jonathon about my financial situation. I will be taking this matter up with the property ombudsman as Keenans should not be allowed to conduct their business like this.

GoogleWorst estate agency I been dealing with- from start to finish. Massive rotation of staff, lots managers “of managers”. Whole company structure is a joke- nobody is responsible for anything. Opted for full managed service as landlord. They haven’t inspected property, nor checked tenants, they been collecting money and thats it. Tenants trashed newly renovated property and left unpaid bills. Cannot get deposit back, communication is poor- this looping for 5 months now. I will be raising a dispute with my legal team to deal with those cowboys to get my money back as have full trace of evidence (if will not get money back). Been nice and polite, but enough is enough. Advise to Directors and senior staff- reduce your staff, you don’t need dozens of managers who do nothing. Even Keenans employees admitted that lettings side of business is struggling due to internal issues. Please don’t ask to contact you to resolve those problems as I am contacting you every day.

GoogleElla Walmsley, in the sales progression department was simply fantastic regarding the sale of our property. She chased up all parties and provided updates regularly. I have to admit I never thought we would complete but Ella’s positive attitude and persistence meant that we finally sold our house. Well done and thank you Ella!

GoogleI called to make a viewing instead i had someone called Jonathan Berry push me into selling a property with keenans once he found out that I'm selling with your move. So rude absolutely disgusting the way he spoke to me. Instead he starts telling me negative things about your move and that I should look to get keenans in If i wanted keenans to sell my property i would call them. I simply called to book a viewing for a property on the market?! When asked for his name he pretends the line is breaking up and that he cannot hear me. NOT PROFESSIONAL, POOR SERVICE absolutely DISGUSTING! I’ve heard negative feedback from sellers however this poor service i have witnessed myself. Unlucky Jonathan is unaware the call was recorded when he starts getting rude! I will be making a formal complaint! Avoid Keenans!NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value
