GoogleWe are currently selling our house with Keenans. The staff have been absolutely fantastic, very friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. A special mention to Johnathon who is always happy to help, explains things well and has had too deal with my phone calls numerous times due to this all being very new to me. I have had the pleasure of dealing with a few members of staff and they have all been lovely. I will definitely recommend to family and friends.

GoogleExcellent customer service from Ella Walmsley at the Accrington branch who was with us every step of the way to sale completion. Nothing was too much trouble, she was patient, professional and knowledgable which made all the difference through a stressful process. We would totally recommend Keenans and Ella to anyone. Thank you so much for everything!

GoogleElla helped me and my family purchase our first home. She kept us up to date with everything that went on and was always polite as well as informative on the phone. She was always willing to help us in regards to the back and forward between ourselves and the sellers solicitors. Thank you Ella

GoogleExcellent service from start to finish, we dealt with Ella mostly and a couple of time Lewis, both very professional, helpful, particularly when we struggled getting solicitors, Ella chased them on several occasions. The house sold quickly and we were kept fully informed of clients going to view. Thank you, would definitely use again and would have no hesitation in recommending.

GoogleI'm averaging about two marketing leaflets a week through my door(sometimes in a plain envelope so you don't know its from them!). They seem pushy and desperate.

GoogleThrough Keenans Clitheroe branch my parents bought a lovely place after having to move from the family home. Great service, sympathetic and a great outcome for all...thank goodness for Keenans!

GoogleVery happy to recommend Keenans at Clitheroe-We were moving from our family home of 19 years and making a lifestyle change and downsizing. We were reassured from the outset and the team ensured that we got the best price and buyers before then finding us our house. There were several ups and downs over the six month process but the team ensured that the natural bumps were smoothed out. The whole team were excellent but particular mention to Helena at point of valuation who was very supportive, David whilst selling the house who was outstanding and finally Emily and Liam. I know Emily and Liam worked really hard to keep the buying chain complete and showed great professionalism and dedication and weren't shy to push things along with some parties who worked a little slowly-Thanks to you all -Great team , great people who do a great job.

GoogleMy experience with Keenan’s wasn’t great, I bought a house from them but getting information out of them was poor, I never got a call back when I called and actually found out more information myself about the progress of the sale. It seems like they are very busy getting the sales in but lack the customer service skills, which is essential as communication is everything when you are buying/selling your home. I would not recommend them.
