GoogleMax pro-actively called us to let us know about a property that was new to the market. He managed to arrange a viewing for us later that day however, it was too large for us but great service nonetheless.

GoogleI am currently buying a house through Keenans and have found their staff to be both polite, efficient and most importantly keen to keep me updated. I have dealt with Max Uttley in the Clitheroe office and Ella Warmsley in the Burnley office.

GoogleKeenans arranged a very successful viewing for us last week. We travelled up from the south of England and the viewing was, as a consequence, rather lengthy! We would like to thank Richard for being friendly, helpful and patient.

GoogleLooking for a property while working full time is often difficult so I probably missed out on some lovely homes in my search. I spoke to Abigail and she listened to my requirements, sent through property profiles and, with Jess, set up viewings all on the same day. I met with David at the properties and the whole viewing process was seamless. Professional and outstanding service by all and, needless to say, I have put forward an offer on a property I saw and it was accepted.

GoogleBuying a new home can be stressful, exhausting and head scratching but with keiron and co on hand it’s was quite the contrary . The whole process from start to finish was done with complete professionalism, very diligent with the level of communication second to none. Me and my wife can say it has been a pleasure. Thanks again

GoogleGreat end to end service, the team took away all the stresses of selling a house. Thank you. I would recommend anyone selling a house to use Keenans.

Googlepoor service by keenans. When i attempted to do a deal on a house, I went back and forth and I asked what would their final offer be on the house, and I was told I would get a call back. After about a week of nothing I called them for a update to learn it's already under offer! They went behind my back and done a deal with someone else whilst I was in negotiations with them. I was a serious buyer with solicitors ready to be instructed and a mip in place too As for selling a house, their rates are too high and good luck getting a response from them. Not worth the headache
