GoogleAwful communication after we moved into one of their own property developments. Been waiting 2 years for them to sort out some snagging issues from when we moved in. We email and just don't get responses

Hi Mr Stephens. To clarify, your complaint is to do with the developer, NOT Kallars. We are the managing agents and are not involved with your snagging issues. I would politely request that you remove this review as it is certainly not a fair reflection of the service we provided for you. It is suggested that you contact the original developer and take this matter up with them. In the meantime, your review will be reported to Google as it is directed at the wrong party.

GoogleSo we have had a lot of bad experiences with estate agents of late and started to think that they are all the same and just want your money.Then we came across kallars and our luck changed.We have only really dealt with Thomas but he has been superb and gone well over and above to help us and secure our new rental flat.Thanks to him we are moving in on Monday and we are so happy.Top marks to Thomas and kallars

GoogleFirst of all we finally found the house we were looking for through Kallars. As anyone going through the buy/sell process knows, finding the one is not enough. A good agent is vital towards getting to the finish line. Luckily we had Craig Cassidy looking after us every step of the way. Craig is a real estate professional, very knowledgeable and gets things done seamlessly. We cannot recommend and thank him enough!

GoogleOver 10+ years we've used pretty much all services offered by Kallars and they really do stand out as one of the best. From renting from them to using them to manage letting of our own flat, to recently completing a sale - they have been attentive, professional and reliable. Special shout out to Thomas! He's always gone the extra mile, even giving us tips for a future sale out of area. Difficult to come across customer service like this these days but Kallars are nailing it.

GoogleMy property manager is Linda Posada and just recently had an issue with no water in my flat. I found Linda to her very helpful and understanding in helping to resolve this issue and nothing was too much of a trouble and was very grateful to have her assistance in resolving this issue. I know I can call her if I need anything else (hopefully I don't!).

GoogleHave spoke to Chris from this branch, he took time to listen to me and seemed very helpful. Spoken to a lot of estate agents in the past few months and Chris stands out above them all, would use in the future without thinking twice.

GoogleI have had a great experience from Kallars. They have been very professional and helpful when we have needed them. Me and my roommate have had quite a few things sorted that we weren't expecting to happen and are thankful for them I have to say Beatris Mihaes she has been a star. She has gone above and beyond in helping us with issues we have had. She had been the perfect link between us, the freeholder and support services that we have had to be in contact with. I don't know what we would have done without her

They are the best Property agents we have come across and if you are considering listing/having a property managed i would 110% recommend Kallars Deptford. Beatris has been our property manager and she is fantastic! She deals with any issues/problems in a prompt and professional manner, she really does care and it shows in her work! She is a star! (one of many at Kallars) If you are considering an Agent give them a chance!
