No competition in the village so they don't have to try too hard to please potential clients and they know it.

Thank you for your review, which I think is actually a little harsh and unnecessary, as its not our fault that we are the only agent that has an office in the village? We are an independent local agent that works very hard, we also support/sponsor the majority of events in Fairlight so that we remain involved and give back to the community. If you were to look around Fairlight you would see lots of our for sale and sold boards, and we have dealt with many happy customers over the years. Unfortunately I cannot see your full name and cannot check whether you have ever dealt with us, but if you do have any complaints then please feel free to contact us on Fairlight@justproperty.net and we would be more than happy to look into this or try to resolve your concerns. Kind Regards, Just Property. EDIT: Three days have now passed since we replied to your review and we have not heard back from you, perhaps you would now like to remove your review as you clearly do not have a complaint against us? Thanks very much.

Thanks to Paul, Tom, Jim and the rest of the team at Just, we finally completed on our house purchase. We had a rollercoaster ride to get there with houses falling through left right and centre. But the team at Just made it their personal mission to find us our dream home. Thank you everyone for making it happen. We are so happy in our new home.

I found everybody at Just Property delightful and a real pleasure to deal with. They were very professional and nothing was too much trouble which made the buying process so much less stressful. Highly recommended.

Everyone at Just Property was very friendly and helpful whenever I spoke to them, they listened to me no matter what I had to say. Tom saw the sale of my property through to the end and got involved at every step, it was his hard work that got it through to completion even with lockdown playing a large part in the process! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you all.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Fantastic Estate Agents, wonderful service. This is the second property they have sold for me this year due to family issues. They have been kind and considerate throughout and the whole process has been quick and easy. At every turn they have kept me informed and updated and made it a pain free experience. Many thanks to all the team. Excellent.

The best estate agency we have ever dealt with. We bought and sold through the new Bexhill branch. They were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. They kept us informed and were both professional and friendly. Ben and Jo replied promptly to all requests for information. We would highly recommend them!

I recently purchased a property through Just Property's Bexhill office & dealt with Partner Ben Davey. Ben was professional & very pro-active throughout the whole process which was challenging to say the least, as we agreed the sale just a few weeks before the Covid-19 Pandemic lock down. When times are challenging a good business will really show it's merits & Just Property has proved to be in my opinion a very good business & Ben a real credit to his company. Highly recommended!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Just Property were the agents for both the house we sold, and the house we bought. They were fantastic from start to finish. Everybody in the Just Property office in Hastings were attentive to any concerns, always supportive, and helpful, for what is a stressful process. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

From our first meeting with Charles Perez we knew that Just were going to be our choice of agent to sell our property in Guestling. They have lived up to all expectations and the property sold within five days and the transaction was completed within four months. We have been kept constantly informed of progress with regular updates from the team. It has been a real pleasure to deal with them and I would be very happy to recommend their services.

A big thank you to all the staff at Just Property. Excellent communication at all stages of my house sale and purchase. I feel sure that I would not have been successful in selling my property without their guidance and advice. A professional service and good value. Now happily settled in my new home.
