GoogleI have just been advised by this letting agent that my viewing has been cancelled as I was driving over to see the house! I stayed In town longer especially for that viewing. Very unprofessional, wasted my time and money basically. Poor communication skills.

GoogleIf only all lettings agents were as good as Dee and staff at Just Lettings in Gainsborough, the whole lot would have a much better reputation than they do. Dee is so approachable and friendly and definitely goes the extra mile for her tenants. I have no hesitation in recommending Just Lettings, Gainsborough if you want to rent a property here.

GoogleThe receptionist was lovely, but I was extremely disappointed that they couldnt get hold of the landlord. (Not there fault) I would have loved that flat on church street. They didnt get back in contact with me. It was me doing all the chasing. Theres nothing more frustrating then waiting!

GoogleAshley and the team are very professional, attentive and friendly. He ensured that everything kept moving and I never had any worries that my purchase was not a priority. Nicest estate agents offices in Hastings too!

GoogleProfessional service with a personal touch - everyone I interacted with knew who I was and the sale details. Responsive throughout the process and offered both clear and unvarnished advice, as well as reassurance when required!

GoogleEveryone at Just Property goes the extra mile to make the whole selling experience as smooth as possible. Right from the first valuation meeting and throughout the whole conveyancing process the Just Property team were enthusiastic and tenacious in progressing our sale to completion. We were kept fully informed every step of the way and we really cannot recommend them highly enough. We are so grateful for all their care and expertise - they are the best!

GoogleAs green first time buyers, our experience with Just Property was excellent. From our first viewing with David, negations with Harry through to the calm and assured guidance of Colin Riggs, the director through the rest of the process to exchange. Colin went the extra mile at every available opportunity without being asked and ensure that we were kept well informed throughout. His communication was excellent and his advise, reassurance and compassion was invaluable. Overall they were fantastic to work with and went above and beyond the call of duty.

GoogleI couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Colin and his team at Just Property! From start to finish, they made the entire process of buying my flat smooth and stress-free. Their knowledge of the conveyancing process was spot on, and they kept me informed every step of the way. The communication was excellent, always quick to respond and answer any questions I had. They worked tirelessly to ensure a successful purchase, and I felt fully supported throughout the whole journey. If you’re looking to buy a property, I highly recommend Colin and the team for their professionalism, expertise, and outstanding customer service!

GoogleAs first time buyers we were quite anxious about the whole process. We have just purchased our first house through Just Property Fairlight branch and it was an absolute breeze! Branch manager Ben Howell went above and beyond to help us and guided us through every stage, always at the end of the phone or email, chasing solicitors and surveyors. Our purchase would have taken much longer had it not been for all of Ben's work. The admin staff were also extremely friendly and available to answer any queries. We are hugely grateful for all of the work Ben and his team have put in for us over the past few months. Thank you!

GoogleIt will have been nearly a year since my property went on the market. Sadly in the first instance I went with the wrong agent with the results being totally negative. Then I changed agents and went with Just Property, well things happened so fast I couldn’t believe it . The didn’t inflate the price of the house and got viewers through the door and got “sale agreed” which was the object of the exercise! We had a long chain but they kept it together and in the end everyone had the home they wanted. So a big thank you to Colin and his team.

GoogleThanks to Colin & the rest of his team who made buying a property in the Old Town as smooth as possible. He was always on hand to chat through any concerns I had about the purchase and to give his genuinely honest and helpful opinion. When the time comes to sell we'll definitely be using Just Property.

GoogleI would recommend Just Property. They did a great job of selling our place and ensuring the chain held together. Thank you :-)
