Brilliant customer service. Just property have been fantastic at supporting me through my sale. They had a buyer in mind when they came to me and sure enough that was the buyer for us. I cant praise Colin Siggs enough, he has always returned my calls, acted immediately in chasing through different issues and looked after me when we hit bumps in the road with building control and slow solicitors. I did clash with Charles in the beginning over valuation but it was remedied quickly. Thank you guys.

Recently moved house with the help of the Just Property team. Every member of the team was really helpful, friendly and supportive. Without Colin's tenacity and perseverance our sale would probably have fallen through. He worked really hard for us and got us to completion. Thank you Just Property.

We have used other estate agents in the past but The Team at Just Property proved that they are a cut above all the others. They helped us get a dream house after 1 house fell through they didn't give up and secured us a lovely house in the old Town. Thanks to all the Team they communicated well through out the process and we appreciate all they done. Paula loved the hamper and thanks again.

We highly recommend Just Property to anyone looking to sell in the area. The professional and friendly team have worked with us to secure the sale of our property and overcome many chain related issues. In the marketing phase, JP conducted viewings on our behalf efficiently and made it a priority to update us with progress, even outside of normal working hours. The process of selling has been a roller coaster ride but JP have kept us fully informed at all times, as well as communicating with all links in the chain to secure exchange of contracts.

Professional and proactive from the outset I can highly recommend the services of the team at Just Property. From an optimistic but achievable valuation to exchange and beyond everyone was supportive, listened to and respected my views, and acted promptly and efficiently. In my opinion excellent value for money as I was able to mine their expertise at every stage of the proceedings and, above and beyond the practical side, these guys are intelligent, socially skilled and have a sense of humour. Just praise : )

I have just yesterday completed a sale with Just Property. They were fantastic. Friendly, responsive and just great (unlike my selling agents)! To pick up the keys and be given a high quality hamper just made my day. I highly recommend these agents. Brilliant.

We just bought our house through Just Property, and we believe it wouldn't have gone through as smoothly as it did without the help from Ben holding it all together. Always kept us in the loop, and never too much trouble to answer any questions we had. We will definitely choose to sell/buy through Just Property again, if and when the time comes to move again! Will reccomend to anyone we know who's thinking of moving. Thanks again. Lee and Melissa Sumner

I have recently purchased a property and found the whole experience dealing with Just Property agents a very nice experience. From the first viewing which there were a few right through to completion. The staff were polite friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Hopefully I won't look to sell again, but if I did I would use them again.

We have just bought a property that was listed with Just Property. We found them to be incredibly professional and unfailingly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for Ben and his colleagues. We have been very impressed, and won't hesitate to list our property with them in the future. Simply put, I don't think there's a better estate agency in Hastings!

Even though we ended up buying through another agent, I feel compelled to write a review because dealing with the team at Just Property was just such a complete pleasure from start to finish. From the very first day when I walked into their office and the wonderfully enthusiastic Amy gave me an impromptu 'tour' of Hastings Old Town on her computer, I was charmed. The whole team is unfailingly efficient and helpful, their passion for the properties they sell really comes over and - perhaps most inspiringly of all - you can see they really love this town. In fact the only downside of finally finding a property and having our search come to an end, was the fact that I sort of missed our emails!

Just Property's service from valuation right through to completion has been exemplary. All the staff are very friendly and professional and I must in particular mention Colin Siggs for his hard work and tenacity in liaising with all the solicitors and other people in the chain to make sure that, despite several complications, we completed in eight weeks. Just Property have been without doubt the best estate agency we have used in Hastings.

Paul and his team at just property could not have been more helpful. They are friendly and professional and give good honest assessments of the houses they sell. They went beyond the call of duty to make sure we were informed about the process of house buying. I will be singing their praises from the rooftop of my new house, about just how great they have been. A very very satisfied customer.

A great professional estate agent who is also both easily approachable and very friendly providing excellent customer service. They took the stress out of the whole buying and selling process and from my experience with them I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. The marketing of our property, from the photographs to the presentation of the property details and media coverage, could not be faulted and we were kept updated throughout.

Some Estate Agents sell houses, some go much further and understand the complexities and sheer upheaval in moving home, and genuinely assist in that process. Ben and his folk at Just Property are in the latter category, they unfailingly turned up for appointments on time, with good grace on weekends too. We were kept informed through the process, having rejected one property on survey results we found another through Just Property who maintained a great attitude. To summarise, both sides kept their side of the bargain and Ben thankfully is a good communicator. When we compare attitude and efficiency with other agents in the area, there really is very little serious competition, this company deserves to succeed. Our thanks to them for making a difficult time as straightforward as realistically possible.

Just Property is by some distance the most professional estate agency we have dealt with in recent years. They were efficient, competent and friendly. Kyle and Ben were always on hand through out the process and never shirked from making sure momentum was maintained. Our purchase could well have taken longer and been more difficult than it was without having their assistance and perseverance. If only the performance of all agencies was as polished.

Just Property have just sold my house for me and I can highly recommend them - I have just passed their details to my neighbour who came back to tell me how nice they were as well and thanked me for the recommendation. A very friendly professional service right from the start. All calls were answered quickly and I was kept constantly updated during the whole process. I dealt with a number of estate agents as I was also buying a property and Just Property were by far the best in terms of arranging appointments for viewings and getting feedback on viewings that had been done at my property.

I can't recommend Just highly enough. All the team were charming and helpful and always at the end of the phone answering questions when other links in the chain were't able to do so. Ben and his team kept us in the loop every step of the way, demonstrating consistency in their excellent customer service. Not only do Just have some of the best quality properties on their website, they have a calibre of service to match.

Having bought houses through a number of Hastings based estate agents I have to say Just Property are in a league of their own. They are both charming to deal with and efficient in all their dealings. I recommend them highly to both buyers and sellers alike.

I could not have used a better estate agent. We put our house on the market at a relatively quiet time, so little initial interest. Other estate agents were phoning weekly to say that they had queues of people ready to view. Just Property had no concerns about going joint with one of them, so we did. What a waste of time. That queue turned out to be one person who said on viewing that our house was too big for them - A totally inappropriate choice for a viewing. But it was after we found the buyer that Just Property really showed how different they are. They actually looked after the sale. Other links in the chain seemed to be very lethargic and there were constant excuses and delays. Colin and crew repeatedly contacted and chased the other estate agents in the chain (who seemed happy to just sit and wait) right through to completion. They did an excellent job.

from start to finish you could not ask for a better or more professional estate agent. Every one involved became good friends and we were helped with every part of the sale, and purchase of our properties. It would be unfair to mention any individual as the whole group were great. In our opinion just property are JUST THE BEST thank you all.
