Having had the experience of buying 4 and selling 2 properties in my lifetime I never thought I would ever find myself singing the praises of an Estate Agent! I have just bought a flat through Just Property and was impressed with the service provided. They were so helpful and professional throughout. They definitely went over and above what I have come to expect from Estate Agents. I was abroad at the time of exchange and they put a lot of time and effort into arranging for a couple of inspections in my absence to ensure exchange was not delayed. They were very accommodating and allowed prospective tenants to view the premises before completion. Even the letting agent commented on how impressed they were with them. And the lovely welcome box of goodies they give buyers is such a nice touch. All this, considering I wasn't even not their actual client. I will definitely be calling on them the next time I am selling a property and would highly recommend them

The Just Property team led by Colin have done a fantastic and thorough job in selling our home. They provided us with lots of viewers and were so supportive. We have young children and it made it so much easier for us when one of the Just Property team were more than happy to show the potential buyers around. They not only managed to secure a buyer for us, but have been brilliant at keeping the chain informed about developments and have been the key to holding it all together for us and others in the chain. Their communication with other Estate Agents and solicitors is fantastic and we feel the success of our sale is down to Just Property, we can't thank them enough and would definitely use them again, we would also recommend our family and friends to use them to. Ms Clarke has posted very biased feedback omitting the crucial background story. As the vendor of the property concerned, I did try to contact her by telephone - twice - not four times as she claims. This was only in desperation because on the nominated day of exchange (one of them!), having agreed terms and given the go ahead verbally to both her solicitor and her buyers, she reneged on the deal - via text message to her agent - and refused any subsequent contact or reply. We had already moved out of our property to accommodate her request for urgent occupancy at huge cost to ourselves and she had not even the courtesy to make contact. The suggestion to drop £50K in price was only due to the fact she had originally agreed that lower price with her buyers (some 8 months previously) and then subsequently upped it by £50K during the process. So our agent was doing all he could for us and for Ms Clarke to ensure the sale stayed on course - as according to an email she sent to me, she still very much wanted to buy our property. In our opinion his actions were not only completely justified, but very restrained given the verbal abuse he was subjected to by this lady. Just Property have shown professionalism, courtesy and compassion and I would highly recommend them.

I should like to praise and thank Ben and Just Property very highly. In the 9 months that I was looking to buy a property Ben was the most helpful estate agent I came across. Unfortunately the place I eventually bought was not on his books! However, he was selling the property at the top of a chain of 6, which became extremely problematic. The fact that it did not collapse was to a large extent due to his proactive involvement throughout the chain, which contained two useless estate agents and an incompetent online conveyancing company. He demonstrated a high level of competence, professionalism and helpfulness throughout. One of the things that was particularly impressive about Ben was his willingness to be so helpful and responsive to me when i wasn’t even his client! This went beyond just ensuring that the chains went through. Further, It was in stark contrast to the estate agent I was buying through. When/if I come to sell Ben and Just property will be my first port of call.

Simply the best moving experience that I have ever had ( and there have been a few over the years) despite the complexities of rolling two properties into one, and the hiccups and problems that popped up along the way.
