GoogleI have heard positive feedback re the process from people who have bought recently, i wish that Just would produce floor plans on their description on Rightmove. But prices in Hastings have gone crazy recently, like many agents in the area, Just seem to be vastly overpricing property because of the London influx, its a shame.

GoogleBrilliant service for start until finish. The whole team worked hard to get our chain in place and moving forward. At exchange when the solicitors were slowing things up Just Properties kept pushing and keeping us all updated. Thank you for finally getting us moved when others failed!
Thank you Deborah, we wish you and the family well for the future!

GoogleI honestly would not use anyone else. Just property have a great team. From start to finish, nothing was too much trouble, always friendly and there to help. Went above and beyond to move the sale to completion. They did not stop at just selling my property, they were determined to help me find the right property to buy - and they did. Could not be happier with our new house and would not have found it without them. Thanks Just Property
Thanks James, fingers crossed we can help you in the future as well!

GoogleAfter previously using many other estate agents within the area we couldn’t be happier to have discovered just property. The team are extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of purchasing and selling property. They are fast and efficient and leave you feeling that nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend them to every one we know without hesitation, it gave us one less worry with what can ultimately be an extremely stressful time. Cannot think you all enough. Mr and Mrs Ennis.
Thanks Samantha, see you around the old town soon!

GoogleI would recommend Just Property to anyone. I found them really helpful and patient when my first sale fell through and if it hadn't been for them I would have felt myself to be alone for the entire process. Colin was most supportive and helpful, chasing all parties regularly until we came to a satisfactory sale. Excellent.
Thank you for your kind words Jean, we wish you all the best for the future. Pop in to the office if you are in the old town!

GoogleExcellent Agency with friendly and nice people. Fast answering to phone calls, emails and resolving all our problems and concerns. Keep up-to-date with your case even if sometimes is not their job. They explained very well all the steps of the exchange of contracts and completion date, and if there weren't so good we should have completed after Christmas and New Year, but now we are in our new home getting ready for Christmas. Great team. Recommend.
Thank you Elizaveta, we hope you are very happy there for years to come

GoogleAfter a disaster with another local agent, I went to Just and one other local agent. I struggled to split the difference between 2 very high quality companies and had to resort to a coin toss! Unfortunately, Just got the wrong side of the coin. However, I was so,so impressed by Colin and his whole team. Initially, I was looking to buy a property from them and sat in their office for 45 minutes. The “buzz” was fantastic - everybody was on point, working incredibly hard, but there was also a great deal of good natured banter going on. If you are looking for a great agency in Hastings, you absolutely must invite Just to bid for your business.

GoogleWe have bought and sold through Just Property. They are a professional and hard working bunch. They are always very positive when they pick up the phone, providing reassurance and wise words of wisdom. What is particularly impressive is the 'whole' service they provide from sale through to being a point of contact between all the parties to push the sale and purchase through. Cheers.
Thanks Andrew, your kind words are much appreciated

GoogleJust Property just provided invaluable, dependable support through what turned out to be a pretty complicated purchase (through no fault of Just Property!). During a protracted process, they followed up all enquiries promptly and always did their utmost to chase up on issues. We had to navigate unforeseen complications with a share of freehold and I I would say without the diligence of Just Property, this sale may well never have reached completion. I would not hesitate to use them again! A well earned 5 stars!

GoogleFrom the point of valuation right through to completion, all of the staff at JP were professional, courteous and enthusiastic. During the process of buying and selling houses, we had numerous dealings with other agents and it is quite shocking how bad some are! Calls not returned, appointments not confirmed and emails not answered etc. JP returned all of our calls and emails in a very timely manner and were always there when we needed them. Their fees were in line with other agents and in some cases, cheaper! All agents will come across positively at the time of valuation but it’s what happens afterwards that’s really important. Well done to everyone at JP (especially Ben) and no doubt our paths will cross again in the future.
Thank you Chris, we look forward to doing business with you again in the future!

GoogleI’ve had a great experience dealing with various employees of Just Property and found them all to be very polite, professional and accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Without them forwarding an email to the seller on how much I loved the property it may never have been mine and I’m so glad they kept their word. Thank you so much.
Thank you Toni-Anne, we hope you are very happy in your new property for many years to come!

GoogleMy experience with Colin, Ben and the team at Just Property was simply first class - even though through no fault of theirs (or mine) my purchase fell through at the 11th hour, they couldn't have been more supportive, either during the process until that point, or during the couple of very difficult days that ensued! I can completely recommend them and would have no hesitation in using their services again.
Thank you Sally, we do wish you all the best for the future

GoogleI think most of us when buying or selling a property have mixed experiences with estate agents, with most being pretty challenging. However, I must say the team at Just Property have been 100% on the ball, supportive, knowledgeable & willing to help no matter what the issue is. I purchased a property through these guys & I can say if & when I move house I'll be knocking on their door for sure. Totally professional estate agents & a pleasure to work with, thank you all at Just Property.
Thank you Gary, we hope you are happy in your new home!

GoogleThis was the first time I have sold a house before and Just Property guided me through it effortlessly. They never once made me feel uncomfortable for asking questions about the process along the way. They were always genuinely happy to help and talk me through anything I wasn't sure of. I worked with different members of the team during the sale and who ever I came in contact with, I have high praise for. Just Property are not just about getting your money, they are sincere, friendly and truly do want to help you sell or buy your home. Thanks for getting me there guys! :-) I would definitely recommend using Just property..
Thank you Sarah it was our pleasure, all the best
