Jim dealt with the sale of my home, it was a very difficult transaction as it was part of a divorce, Jim dealt with this very sensitively and was tenacious in getting the sale exchanged despite a very difficult chain. I have used Jim every time I have moved and would recommend him every time.

Just Property became for me, more than agents.. they have been friends, supporting me at a difficult time, So many Estate Agents are faceless "pushy" people. I have had calls from agents trying to trick me into changing to their company, but I have stuck with Just Property and they have stuck with me, I complete on the sale of my house on Friday, and have no regrets in my choice. Just Property are the agents for the Old Town, Hastings and Fairlight, but I am seeing their boards all over Hastings, St Leonards and Bexhill now.. They are wishing me well and I wish them every success in the future.

The team at Just Property couldn't do enough to help us find our new home. They took the time to show us property that they thought fitted our wants and needs rather than any old thing. They are with you 100% of the way. Nothing was too much trouble. Even when there were a few glitches with the chain and dates etc. They were on the phone and updating and chasing. Although we didn't sell through JP we were buying through them and they ended up basically being our agent dealing with our buyer who was a nightmare. As I was selling my mums house and she has dementia it has been a very stressful and emotional time. Mum does not understand that her home was to be sold. I actually used on online estate agent to sell my house, which was the biggest mistake I could have done. Fortunately, the lady buying my property was selling through Just Property and they have been extremely supportive. Since agreeing the price with the buyer of my property, I then heard nothing from my online estate agent. Just Property however was extremely helpful and helped push things along, they even chased the solicitor of the property I was buying to help me out even though I wasn't a direct customer. Ben at Just Property is particular has been on the ball, and has a very proactive attitude towards his job. If I am ever in the position where I need to sell a property again, I will definitely be using Just Property.
