GoogleI have never had such a stress free renting experience before! Dee was absolutely fantastic with our housing application and communication was fast and excellent! As someone that finds moving house stressful, Dee has 100% made the whole process as smooth as possible and we cannot be more grateful! A massive thankyou!! 🥰 …

GoogleI’m in the midst of purchasing a property with the Hastings office and can’t recommend them highly enough. They’re the only estate agents who are well-informed about the properties they’re showing, who respond quickly to emails and who are always on time. Big shout out to Annabel and Julie for having answers to all my questions on the spot instead of the usual agents’ ‘I don’t know, I’ll have to check’ standard response. Thank you!

GoogleWe had a fantastic experience with Just Property estate agents from start to finish. We initially viewed a property with Ollie and were really impressed by his passion, professionalism, and in-depth knowledge of the property, something we hadn’t experienced with other agents. That gave us the confidence to put our own house on the market with them, and it was definitely the right decision. They handled the viewings brilliantly, provided regular updates, and kept us informed throughout the entire sale process. Their professionalism and support made everything run smoothly. We’re really happy with the service we received and would highly recommend them. Thank you Ollie, Kyle, Ashley and the rest of the just property team.

GoogleWe have recently sold our property and purchased a new home through both the Hastings and Fairlight branches of Just Property. Everyone we dealt with were extremely professional and helpful. I really felt they were working for me as their client ensuring we got the best price for our home and Ben at the Fairlight branch helped negotiate the onward purchase.
We had to get the sale/purchase completed by a certain date and Ashley did everything he could to ensure we got the desired completion!
I would highly recommend their services.

GoogleStaff refused to discuss offers on a house saying WE WORK FOR SELLERS ONLY which was unpleasant. Previously JUST PROPERTY did not book in a viewing with a vendor despite confirming with me. So vendor then called out Just Property who then rang me to deny it - and caused me severe distress and upset on the phone travelling with my son on a coach with the school. it was an angry call which caused me anxiety and extremely unfair. Never going to buy or sell with JUST PROPERTY ever. What should have been a pleasant life improving experience of moving up the housing ladder turned out to be severely upsetting and something i will never forget.

Good Afternoon,
Thank you for your review. We take all feedback seriously; however, we are currently unaware of the situation described and are unable to find any record of interaction with a client under this name. We are therefore concerned that this review may not reflect a genuine experience with our business.
We have also noted similar reviews from this specific profile on other local agents’ pages, which raises further concerns regarding its authenticity. As a result, we have reported this matter to Google for investigation.
If you would like to discuss any concerns directly, please feel free to contact us. Otherwise, we kindly request that this review be removed, as it is misleading.

GoogleWe found the property we wanted online and approached the agent, Just, in Bexhill. Ollie arranged a viewing and was helpful and informative as a guide. He assisted us in deciding on the features we were most concerned about. When things were moving slowly he offered new perspectives. After making an offer, Ashley managed the negotiations and kept us informed about progress, always returning calls and emails without delay.

I dealt with Issey mainly and she was super helpful and incredibly on the ball with everything given awkward and uncertain situation at times!
Would recommend to anyone and use this company again!

GoogleWe have recently sold with Just Property and I would definitely recommend them. They were communicative, got viewings in quickly (we had been on the market with another agent for a while and had no viewings for a long time), and gave feedback promptly. We sold our house within two weeks of being on the market with them.
Once we had the offer, they kept in touch on a regular basis and formed a useful link between us and our buyers which kept things running smoothly. They even supported us in getting some issues with our onward purchase ironed out too.
I don’t think I would use another agent now. Thank you Just Property!

GoogleWe had a great experience buying our house through Just Property in Hastings. Kyle and Ashley were fantastic throughout the process, always friendly, responsive and incredibly patient with all our questions. They were also very accommodating in letting us view the property multiple times while we made our decision. Buying a house can be stressful, but they helped make the process feel much smoother. We’re very grateful for all their support and would happily recommend them.

GoogleWe have just sold our flat in Hastings in a difficult market. Throughout the Just Property team has been hard working, professional, friendly and persistent, everything you want when any sale is hard won. They know the local property market like no others and having an office in the old town is definite plus even in the era of Rightmove. We would certainly use them again.

GoogleWithout Dee I would have been lost. I was sorting out a rental for a family member and had limited time to spend in the Gainsborough area. The credit checks alone with a rival agent in town would have taken 2-3 weeks to finalize... yet all I had to do with Dee is give her a copy of my tax return, and we were good-to-go about 12 hours after that. She is very flexible and provides a bespoke service. Very people-orientated. This means so much in a world where we are increasingly at the mercy of AI driven systems that spit out 'computer says No' responses.
