GoogleNeil and the team have been amazing. They sold my property on the 1st viewing we had They kept me informed throughout including updating me on how many viewings and the other buyers postion, so I could make the best decision on the sale. They are freindly and personable and not "estate agenty" in there manner which was important for me as I personally dont like the hard sell and others don't aswell . I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future .PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleTown and Country (Harlow) made the house buying process a personable, easy and enjoyable one... I particularly recommend Lee and Emma. They are not like many other estate agents, they are not trying to rip people off, they cared about the individual (rather than highest bidder) and all of the agents had a good sense of humour. They were keen to help wherever they could and at no point did they try to mislead us, if they didn’t know they just said they didn’t know. If you’re looking for the suited and booted atypical “sales” approach then I would perhaps try a different agency. However as a first buyer, I couldn’t recommend T&C enough- without them we probably would still be struggling to find a property at a reasonable price. Thank you for looking after us and helping us to find our first home.
