GoogleI feel obliged to post a very big "thank you" to dukes, for assisting a dear friends sale of her property. On recommendation, we decided to opt for dukes. The team where fantastic. A buyer was found in less than one week. The usual stressful process was a breeze. Unseen legal issues where ironed out by a very obvious professional team. A very special thanks to Geoff, Lee and Megan.
Agent replied · 11 June 2024
Thank you Dave, yes it was a bit sticky at times with the legal issues but we got there and we got there in good time!

GoogleIf you’re looking to sell your house quickly then Lee is your man, he really is the best! Totally professional from start to finish - everything explained, viewings made easy and carried out efficiently, with all of Lee’s experience and skills at the forefront. He really is an expert. I’ve spoken also with Geoff and again, he was a total professional. I would give 10 stars and cannot recommend highly enough - Lee went above and beyond for us!
Agent replied · 11 June 2024
Thank you for those kind words Alison, it means a lot! Lee really knows his onions doesn’t he!! Don’t forget we are here for you 7 days a week until 10pm every night!

GoogleRecommended. Geoff was an absolute star! He showed me exactly how and why he valued my property £10,000 less than 2 other agents, and explained that this was the best way to get a good price. He wasn't wrong! Sold in 10 days at not just over the asking price, but for more than the other agents has said I would get! If you want an estate agent that does a great job in selling your property, then I do not think you can find a better company the Jukes! Thank you!!

GoogleI worked with Roxie and the team in securing an absolute gem of a flat for rent. The initial walkthrough of the property was amazing and the staff continued to provide an excellent service throughout the entire process.

GoogleBang average service and will use all the tricks in the estate agent’s tiresome book to sign you up. “You’re absolutely first in the queue.” “Landlord will accept your move in date”. Gather details… “Hey look we have these other places while you wait” (not remotely what we are looking for). Some time later “Sorry, landlord didn’t like your move in date”. Only a week of chasing our tails and being sold false promises invested in a waste of bloody time. Value your time by staying away.

GoogleA great company. From the start I felt reassured and that I was getting good advice. Through the process of the sale, all the staff clearly showed they knew what they were doing and cared about doing a great job. Everything went through smoothly and stress-free thanks to them. I'm really grateful.
