GoogleWe had excellent service from J.R. Hoppers. They were with us at every stage and kept us informed of progress. Leeselle and Pam were always at the end of the phone and answered my emails if I didnt understand something and needed advise. Extremely professional but also easy to talk to. It made the negotiations much easier to cope with and I would certainly recommend them.

GoogleJ R Hopeless. Happy to take your money and let you live in mouldy conditions. No customer care at all. Always on the side of the landlord. Empty promises of maintenance. Avoid avoid avoid. (Speaking about lettings only, Leyburn office)
Hi Andrew. I agree and accept that you had a bad experience with your tenancy, I'm truly sorry for that. I stand by our team, who I feel did the best they could to resolve your issues before ultimately negotiating you an early exit from the tenancy. That said, lessons have been taken from your experience that we will use to improve our service going forward and avoid situations like yours in the future.
