The team at JR Hopper were outstanding regards the purchase of our property. Alison who did our viewings was very knowledgeable about both the property & importantly the surrounding area. She also gave us the space to look around at our own pace. Leeselle did an excellent job securing our purchase and communication was very clear, precise and timely in terms of sealing the deal for us. In terms of managing the ongoing communications & updates between solicitors, Pam made sure we were updated at regular intervals & quickly notified of any potential issues. The service we have received from JR Hopper has been the best of the four agents we have worked with. In particular, the service we have received from Leeselle has been fabulous all the way through the process from the thoroughness of her pitch for our business to managing issues all the way up to completion.
