GoogleWe were with another corporate estate agent in Ware who promised much but were slow and service was poor. We changed to Jonathan Hunt, and from the first meeting with Daniel we received an excellent service; photos were taken quickly and house was promoted on the internet within 24 hours. The For Sale board was up within 2 hours. This was my 87 year old mother’s house, and therefore the service provided made a real difference to her. Jonathan Hunt only brought selected clients and the property WAS SOLD WITHIN 2 WEEKS !!!! Absolute pleasure to work with all the team; Daniel, Matt and Carol. They were OUTSTANDING

GoogleNot only were this agent completely incompetent at bringing any offers, their specialist subject was cancelled viewings and just shouting at me if I asked any questions that caught them out, for example ‘how are you here with the keys when there is a viewing at my property right now?’ Cue shouting. ‘Yes you have great online statistics but you haven’t sold my house so your statistics aren’t working for me’ Cue shouting. They rest on their laurels of being well established in the area, rather than just doing their job. I would never recommend this agent and would warn against their bratty misogynistic behaviour at all costs.

We regret not being able to introduce a suitable buyer, but with regards your comments, the viewer had called to cancel the viewing, hence we were not at the house to do the viewing and therefore the keys were in the office. Statisitics dont lie and our figures come from Rightmove, an independent source and sometimes vendors just want too much money for their property and the market is not prepared to pay. We will continue being honest and open with vendors and purchasers alike as it has worked so well for us over the past 20 years

GoogleCan’t recommend everyone at johnathan hunt enough. We had some tough criteria and they did there absolute all to make it happen. Such a friendly professional service. We never felt pressured into anything or felt it was just a sale for commission.
