Hi David, thank you for taking the trouble to comment. I have been trying to find which property/properties you refer to and would be pleased to discuss with you any issues and hopefully we can resolve. I do know however that during 2020 we have achieved 98.59% of asking price which does indicate some quite accurate pricing. Regards Will Prescott

Good Morning Mr Meyer. I am sorry the advice we gave was not what you wanted to hear and we we were unable to market your property for rent. We believe in giving honest and accurate advice and the property involved needed work and modernisation to be done prior to us being able to market it to find a suitable tenant. GoogleThey might be great for landlords, but pretty subpar for prospective tenants. I had a property viewing organised which was let before I arrived. No one bothered calling me to cancel the viewing, and I only found out from revisiting the advert on the day. Super rude. Reply: Nope, you didn't do any of those things. The person I spoke to admitted fault, and said I'd have "first dibs" on the next place that came up. Pro-tip: "I'm sorry you didn't get the message" isn't actually an apology 😉

Thanks for your comments David and taking the time to forward your experience. We did however call, text and email the day before the viewing was due confirming that the property had been let that day and therefore the need to cancel the viewing. Apologies if you never managed to pick up any of these messages of which copies are on the file as being sent the day before.
