GoogleSadly had the the "pleasure" of encoutering a staff member / possibly the owner who knows of this company today. One of the most obnoxious persons I have ever come across in my life. So much so I thought it worth telling other potential customers. I will not be doing business with them.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleAbsolutely appalling service; we were given different moving dates by different people and then told no such thing happened; suspicious fees, no compassion with reference times, even with a 1 year old in the hospital! We were treated like children and the service we received was almost like they were doing us a favour - the stereotype of letting agents really held up with this business, if it wasn't so upsetting and with one of us facing homelessness with a child as a result of them telling us the wrong date - it would be a fantastic premise for a comedy show. Landlords and prospective renters beware! If I could give 0 stars I would. Very disappointing and upsetting experience, go with another, less parasitic letting agent!
Thanks for the feedback Shian and I sympathise with your situation. However after four weeks and despite our constant chasing we still do not have the necessary references from all parties to create a suitable tenancy, a process that normally takes less than 2 weeks. No letting agent would be able to procced on this basis. It is for this reason that our landlord decided withdraw from the proposed tenancy agreement.

GoogleExceptional experience working with Will Prescott directly. Beyond efficient, always hugely reassuring, would move everything along seamlessly, clue us into what was happening in the chain and work swiftly to remove any challenges in the road. Couldn't rate more highly. A personal and personable experience. And we love our new home!!

GoogleWe have had a fantastic experience with the team at Jonathan Hunt from start to finish. They were quick to get us on the market and helped to sell our house for over the ceiling price for our street. Every call and email was dealt with quickly, professionally and with a friendly manner. It was a complex move with a issues in the chain at times; however Jonathan Hunt we’re always on our team and helped to push things through on our behalf. Chris was fantastic at keeping us calm and level headed and Carol was a force to be reckoned with when dealing with solicitors. We really felt that we were taken good care of and that the team were with us every step of the way. I’m honestly not sure that we would have been able to progress the move without their support. Their fees are competitive, they use a professional photographer for the online listings, and the staff were friendly and very responsive to queries. They also found us buyers immediately after the house going on the market.
