GoogleAfter renting a property for 2 years through Jonathan Hunt, I can’t praise Ingrid enough. Her work ethic and professionalism is second to none, each time something needed doing she had it arranged almost immediately. I’ve rented through several agencies but Jonathan Hunt are the ones I’d recommend and Ingrid is a huge asset to them.

We have worked with Ingrid throughout and the level of service has been first class. Ingrid does not miss a trick - she's extremely professional and anything we needed doing was promptly actioned. GoogleWe approached Jonathan Hunt to sell our property last year. we had some terrible luck with buyers, but each time the team at Jonathan Hunt found serious buyers again and eventually we moved to our new house and are extremely happy. They just kept trying until the sale happened. Great people!!!!!

I found everyone I dealt with, was very professional with excellent communication skills and I was always kept informed from the feedback from prospective buyers through to exchange and then completion. Carol is an absolute gem and we cannot thank her enough. She was always replying to my daily emails, answering my calls and keeping me up to date. FacebookMatt was fantastic, he sold my property quickly and without any fuss. Only had a few viewings but sold my house in a competitive market. Carol did loads of chasing and kept me informed all the way. Brilliant service, definitely recommend if you want a professional service that is there for you all the way.

GoogleOMG what can I say, total shambles of a company, house rented out for 2 years left in such a state, when questioned about it no explanation, Ariel to TV cut , Sky installed without permission, numerous items missing from the kitchen, Never went to check on the property in all the time it was let out. Charged the landlady to have the property cleaned when pictures sent of the state the house was in after they said it had been checked by them. realised the deposit without checking on the property and without landlords permission would not recommend this company to anyone Total waste of space, lack of knowledge of how to complete an itinerary and how to then check the itinerary when tenant leaves. BREACH OF CONTRACT all the way and they charge you £90 for the privilege !!!!!!!
We always appreciate feedback from our clients as it helps highlight any issues that need resolving. Regretfully however many references are undertaken, some tenants never respect a property as they should do. In this particular instance the tenant liaised directly with the Landlord on many of the issues raised including the cleaning and gave permission for the deposit to be released to the tenant. However to be honest, after two years of the property being rented, it certainly was not as spick and span as it was when it was first let out. The review was left by a relative who was not aware of the whole picture.

GoogleThey were superb, and wonderfully efficient. I had a problem with the deed that needed altering when I sold my late mother's property. The builders dragged their feet, but Blunts kept on and on at them and hardly charged me anything for doing this! I was expecting a big bill based on all the phone calls, document changes and e-mails they had to do. Thanks so much for making this difficult time following my mother's death as easy as it possibly could be.

GoogleA professional and friendly team who we chose because we were selling an apartment in a development where they had previously sold many other apartments - they had the most experience. A high point of their service was weekly phone calls to update us on the progess of our sale. We were so pleased we took the office a case of wine to share after we completed as a thank you. An no, we are not friends or relatives, just regular customers.

GoogleI cannot fault Simon and Ingrid with providing a healthy number of viewings with high calibre potentials, followed by referencing and securing a suitable tenant for my property. I have used them in the past and have always found communication and service second to none. All in all my dealings with them have been excellent in both lettings and continuing property management enabling me to delegate everything to them, safe in the knowledge my property is in safe hands- every landlords dream!

They have taken a lot of the stress away from our move as I have never had to chase for anything. GoogleWe had a buyer pull out last minute (not through Jonathan Hunt). We turned to Jonathan Hunt through desperation to get our property re-sold quickly so we didnt lose our dream house. Jack was amazing! Came round the evening we first called, took the best set of photographs Ive ever seen on a property listing and got it on the market that night with very competative rates. Secured viewings the very next day and had a constant stream, resulting in selling our property in 4 days!!! Jack remained contactable 24 hours a day 7 days a week and swiftly sorted out all issues that occurred. Really really top notch service, Jack was a credit to the company and cant thank him enough.
