GoogleExcellent service from start to finish when buying our new home through In House. Big thanks in particular to Jamie for continually keeping track of everything in the chain and constantly chasing relevant parties when the required information was not forthcoming. GooglePoor service, my solicitor had to do most of the work to get the house sold, as they didn’t do it. I was also buying through them and they tried to increase my offer after it was accepted! Would not recommend them to anyone if this is how they want to deal with selling your home and cause un due stress
For the record we would like to point out that as a policy In House record the names of all potential buyers and sellers, on checking our records we have never had a client or any dealings with a "Tom Allen". Therefore this is more likely to be a jealous competitor lowering our ratings rather than working harder to raise their own! IH.

GoogleWould give a 0 star if I could, the worst estate agents I have ever had the displeasure of using, worse than student lettings. We rented from them for 2 years & the way we were treated was awful. In House are disorganised, dishonest and disgraceful. They lost our personal data, which has been reported to GDPR, didn't treat us fairly and tried to rip us off of £500 at checkout without any proof or quotes given to us, thank god for the DPS scheme (that's without them trying to steal my friends agency fees when they were at fault). I have no idea how they have so many 5* reviews. Bandits and cowboys!

GooglePhil did a great job & sold 2 houses for us during the spring/summer. He is friendly, professional, incredibly positive & enthusiastic - like an energetic puppy! Our buyers have become our friends which made the sale of our much-loved home so much easier. Highly recommended

GoogleFrom the initial contact, InHouse have been professional, friendly and helpful. Luke took me to 3 houses and was very knowledgeable but above all, honest. I trusted that he knew what he was talking about. After falling in love with one of the properties, my partner and I decided to buy. We were then given Jamie who has been fantastic! He showed us around the property again and gave us advice regarding our purchase. We have just exchanged and I can honestly say the whole process has been surprisingly stress free and I know that this is largely down to the InHouse team. We were always informed of what was going on and had several calls to keep us in the loop. Last year, we were in the middle of buying a flat with a well known estate agents. Looking back now and comparing the two makes me realise how lucky we've been. Update: Review still stands but just want to alert people to avoid going with suggested solicitors/removals. Agreed to use solicitors and ended up with a considerably higher invoice than what was originally quoted and agreed on call. Removals was triple the price of any other quotes so definitely didnt use.

GoogleThank you so much for all your help over the past year. You guys have been amazing! From the moment we moved to In House we haven’t looked back. They are really proactive, with an extremely friendly ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude. Ryan, Phil and Adam were all fantastic! Ryan has been brilliant and pretty much managed the process right from the beginning keeping us up to date with everything and always being available if we ever had any queries. Phil was amazing at the end, his determination means we are now in our dream home! Adam was great with the viewings too. I think they provide a service that is above and beyond your regular estate agent and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

GoogleA big thanks to Phil, Luke, and, in particular Jamie, for their sterling efforts in securing a sale on my former home which has a lot of precious memories. I heard good things from neighbours about In House, and I was glad that I stuck with them all through the process. The combination of being an independent agent and offering very reasonable commission rates means their service would be very difficult to match. Jamie was particularly helpful when I was trying to find a rental property in London, and gave a lot of useful and honest advice which prevented me making hasty decisions about my onward property!
