GoogleA professional but personal service that is second to none. Advice and local knowledge is fantastic. Every single member of the team are efficient, enthusiastic and warm. If you want to sell your house quickly for the maximum you can get then In-house has to be the way to go.

GoogleReally great experience with in house letting. John made time to show us around 4 properties at very short notice and really made an effort to understand what we were wanting rather than sell just anything like many other lettings agents we came across. We had a extremely productive day and put an offer down on the day. The move in went smoothly too and we are looking forward to working with them as our property management! Great service!

GoogleCurrently still in the process of moving but the In-house team have been great in helping with the whole process of selling our house by being excellent middle man when solicitors weren't talking to one another and seemed to know better than anyone what was going on. They always gave timely updates after viewings and seemed genuinely nice guys. I've already recommended them to two friends who are also selling their properties.

GoogleAppalling service, more interested in lining their own pockets than providing a customer facing service. Two letters of complaint, neither of which answered my concerns, since taken legal advice and Inhouse are potentially facing a conflict of interests. Have taken my business elsewhere and receiving a much better service, I would advise others to do the same. I find that amusing how you deny knowledge of providing a service for me but were quick enough to take my money. I also note that you have a used that same tactic on every negative review, don’t you think this is wearing a little thin now? With regards to discussing the issues surrounding the services you provide, you had ample opportunity to respond to my previous letters of complaint but failed. I suggest you check your records a little more thoroughly, or have they mysteriously disappeared after your staff have left? You consistently failed to provide a service for which you were paid for and put others at risk by your failings. I would advice prospective customers to be very wary of using Inhouse Estate agents.

Quite the contrary, we are always pleased to provide "customer facing service" and invite you to a meeting at a time to suit you, where we could learn how we have upset you and indeed who you actually are? GoogleThe staff have been absolutely amazing, Abbie was the one that I had the most contact with and I have to say she could not do enough for me, very efficient, nothing was too much trouble, she always kept me posted on how things were going and dealt with any concerns I had very quickly. It has been refreshing to deal with a team of people who clearly feel passionate about what they do and where they work. GoogleInhouse in Didcot recently sold my mother's flat for us. They were very professional from start to finish, keeping us informed all the way. The flat was under offer after only a couple of viewings, all within a couple of weeks of putting it on with Inhouse. Special mention to Jamie who was very on the ball keeping on top of the sale throughout, very proactive and helpful. Best estate agent I have dealt with and would thoroughly recommend.

For the record we would like to point out that as a policy In House record the names of all potential buyers and sellers, on checking our records we have never had a client or any dealings with a "Sophie botta". Therefore this is more likely to be a jealous competitor lowering our ratings rather than working harder to raise their own! IH.
