GoogleWe were recommended to use Inhouse by a couple of friends and weren't disappointed. Phil told me that the house would sell in 6-8 weeks and we had a confirmed offer in 7! During these 7 weeks the team of Conor, Phil and Jamie worked with us over the timing of the viewings, gave us prompt feedback and handled our constant questions. The stage between offer being accepted and exchange has been a long one but Jamie has been exemplary in his dealings with us, keeping us up to date on a weekly basis, and when he wasn't there Conor and Phil always knew what was going on and were able to update us, evidence of their strong working relationships that have the customer at the centre. The office being so well situated in the Orchard Centre meant that we could always pop in when we were in town, and we were always made welcome by whoever was in that day. Thank you guys for making this such a positive experience. We would whole heartily recommend anyone thinking about selling a house in the area to talk to Phil and his great team!

GoogleAfter a year of trying to sell our house, we have finally done it! Inhouse were our third estate agent and I wish we'd used them a year ago. They were always efficient, on the ball, good with advice, communication was 100% and at no time did I feel they have not earned their money! Without them we would not have been able to make the sale, and they coped with delays and hurdles in the chain that most people would've given up on. They fought on and we are delighted its all done now. With especial thanks to Jamie, and also Phillip and everyone else in the Inhouse Didcot Team.

GoogleFor a first time buyer, who was pretty much in dark about the world of house buying; I found this a reasonably stress-free experience. Even though the process was blighted by issues further down the chain which caused delays, Jamie at In House went the extra mile to try and get information from the other parties' solicitors and agents and kept me and my vendor informed. I'm now happily in situ in my first grown-up house. Thanks!

GoogleI have just moved away from Didcot however, I have to say the way the In House team managed the sale of my property was excellent. Always keeping me informed, agreeing a sale within the first two weeks of being on the market was great and I was notified at all stages during the selling process which was a massive help as I had never done this before. My next agent has a lot to live up to.

GoogleVery enthusiastic young team, encouraged me to wait for the best offer and showed lots of interested parties round the property. They were diligent in following up suitable buyers and in the end I got the highest price estimated by other agents in town. And Inhouse had the lowest fees!
