Google5 stars to Charlotte and Ricky who have been very helpful all stages through the purchasing process - cannot fault them. friendly and always going beyond the call of duty. smaller estate agency when compared to the big firms like foxtons, which gives it a more personal touch. will definitely work with this estate agency again in the future. thanks for the champagne also.

I live in California and needed a firm with deep local market knowledge to help me position the property for sale, find buyers, recommend 3rd party services and guide me through an unfamiliar (UK) process. I'm delighted I selected iMove Property. Once more they done a great job. Always responsive to any queries and requests and each viewing was followed up by a timely update from the agent. Just all round good service. GoogleForget about your preconceptions of Estate Agents, these guys break the mould. Professional, genuinely friendly, helpful and a shoulder to cry on when things aren't going as planned. Steve and his team went above and beyond what was required during a long, protracted and painful sale and purchase (7 months). If it wasn't for them, I suspect things would have taken far longer. They were in constant contact with all parties in the chain, relaying information as it became available, calling when they said they would and doing everything they could to expediate the process. Such a shame the agents for the purchase, Simple Small, weren't half as good.
