I would highly recommend Imove Estate Agents. The staff are friendly and efficient, communication is regular and informative. Jon took amazing photos of our house, Sam was fantastic with arranging viewings and Megan was absolutely outstanding at pushing the sale and purchase on, chasing outstanding issues and resolving disputes along the way. I have no reservations in highly recommending Meg and the team at iMove. They were amazing with our sale from start to finish, and handled a tricky onward chain brilliantly, keeping us informed of all developments as they occurred. iMove have been brilliant. From the first initial meeting with Jon, he talked through the process gave accurate readings of the market and what we would expect. From there on the service has been impeccable.Courtenay was consistent with giving feedback from our property viewings and advocated for the price we wanted. They replied to our emails and queries sufficiently. Megan kept us updated often on our sales progression giving us peace of mind. Additionally, their recommendation for solicitors (which we did instruct on) were great as well. We have been able to get to exchange of contracts within 2 1/2 months.
