GoogleI discourage any tenant to rent a property from them: they merely do the landlord's game, in the attempt to get as much money as they can. Here I list all of what happened during our tenancy, during which only one agent (named Gina) was genuinely willing to sort out our issues and fully met our expectations: 1. They take ages to sort out even quite urgent issues like not functioning fridge and flawed washing machine tube. Please notice that they sorted out our fridge issue after two full weeks, and never sorted out the washing machine. On the top of it, after our departure, they tried to get the money out of that by saying that the washing machine hadn't been cleaned, and thus charging us in the final assessment the expenses they should have faced during our tenancy. 2. They NEVER steam-cleaned our carpet while it was a sine qua non condition in the contract for us entering the property. We had to give up after repeated requests because our alternative would have been homelessness after leaving the previous apartment. 3. They sent us an eviction notice pretending to sell the property (as putting out on the rental market the same property at a higher price after eviction is ILLEGAL, and Shelter and Citizen Advice confirmed that to us). They eventually rented it out at 100GBP p/m more to a new tenant, and the property sale ad turned out to be a fake, as we got people call the agency to propose a purchase and they rejected the offer...! So sounds like they never had the intention of prioritizing the sale to the rental.... 4. They force the tenant to pay for the initial inventory and the final one (therefore getting money from the previous and the new tenant at each transaction), not even notifying the expense in the contract. The money they make at each tenancy change is therefore generously compensating for the expenses they supposedly face to put back the house on the market. 5. They tend to place all of the blame on the landlord, even at unprofessional levels, shrugging off the legal responsibilities they hold themselves as real estate agents. We're now suing them for this series of issues, and we highly encourage the tenancy community of London to avoid getting this agency. The reviews I've read above are quite old: it's a shame there are no longer ethical and professional agents working for iMove. Good luck! Estella & Andrea

Dear Estella and Andrea, Whilst we acknowledge that being asked to vacate at the end of your contract (tenancy) can be an inconvenience, this was the Landlords wishes, something that unfortunately is not an illegal request. As mentioned we are mindful that moving out at the end of your fixed term can be disruptive but as an agency we are instructed by the Landlord and must respect their decision, what ever the reason may be. We would like to wish you the best for your new tenancy, iMove Property.

GoogleiMove is by far the worst agency I have ever dealt with. They are thoroughly incompetent and negligent. We have been without consistently functioning heating for nearly two months. Our lift did not work for about 6 weeks. Every major appliance has had to be repaired since we moved in less than 2 years ago, and virtually every time has involved a tortuous and protracted struggle with iMove to get them to do their jobs. To top it off they are evicting us. I wouldn't wish their services on my worst enemy.

GoogleI have used iMove at Crystal Palace twice to find tenants for my rental property. On both occasions Ricky, Rob and all the team involved have been professional, helpful and gone ‘above an beyond’. I would recommend their services. In fact, I’m about to use them again to find me another tenant.

GoogleWe've used iMove for the last seven or so years and have let properties, bought and sold them using this estate agent. Ricky and George get all the basics right, that other agents don't seem to be able to manage. They return calls, manage expectations and provide realistic, pragmatic advice. We have also recommended them to friends who have been equally as impressed. I wouldn't bother with your other high street agents - Ricky and George can give you a boutique experience and the service you'd expect when making such big decisions. Highly recommended.

A wonderful experience, personal, regular updates of your proposed sale, during your sale , right through to completion. Highly recommend, brilliant service, brilliant price and brilliant team.
