GoogleThe staff at I Move are really professional, hard working and really friendly. We had a hard time with trying to sell the property after two failed attempts and yet the staff all worked really hard to keep the chain and sale going through for the third time. They never gave up, never let up on marketing, advertising or contact and were really professional and helpful all of the way. GoogleSuch a fantastic estate agents. Steven in particular was so helpful and communicative all the way through from offer to exchange! We had a tricky time through the coronavirus crisis as many have and they were brilliant at reassuring us and helping us plan. They always kept in contact with solicitors and were great for pushing things on. I honestly cannot say enough good about Steven and the other staff. GoogleSuperb service. Steven and Megan kept us up to date throughout our sale, including weekly updates of how our house was being viewed online. Once sold, they were also great at trying to push things along to completion when the solicitors were dragging their heels! Great positivity throughout and always kept in the loop. Very glad we chose them ( and a great price! )

GoogleI couldn't rate imove enough. They were absolutely brilliant throughout our sale and Steve always went the extra mile. He kept in touch and was always happy to answer any queries we had. Megan who took the pictures and measurements of the house was brilliant and they sold our house in about 15 hours of it going on the market! They were also a fixed rate so you know exactly what you are paying. I absolutely recommend this estate agent if you're thinking about selling your house.

From the moment we approached iMove and met Steven we were instantly made to feel comfortable and were so impressed with the honest discussions about buying a property and the fact that we didn't feel we were being pushed into a sale. We fell in love with the apartment we viewed in Torquay and buying it has been an absolute breeze thanks to Steven and Megan. We mainly live abroad and have felt informed and involved every step of the way which is very different to our previous experience of buying a property with a different estate agent. We received regular updates via email and any questions we had were answered promptly. I will certainly be recommending iMove in the future to friends and family and hopefully will personally be able to use them again. Thank you so much Steve and Megan! Incredible service, above and beyond...and then some! What a super team. Megan was very knowledgeable about the legalities and process. She was friendly and calm whilst she chased buyer’s solicitors, my solicitor And searches. Ours was a long and complicated chain, she knew more about our buyers and lower chain than my estate agent through which I was selling. Confident, and extremely competent. GoogleWe had several local estate agents provide a valuation for our property but Steve stood out markedly from the other agents. Honest, plain speaking, passionate, incredibly knowledgeable and professional, Steve left me feeling clear about what we were signing up to. The fees are reasonable, straight forward with no hidden agenda or extras. The photographs Megan provided were fantastic and showed our property off at its best. Imove listings stand out from the crowd with their quality photography. The reason we have recommended iMove to so many others though, is due the excellent communication throughout our sale. I didn’t need to chase, even once. They called regularly to update me on market conditions, provided excellent advice and readdressed our marketing to keep our listing fresh and enticing. They have a winning formula for notice of viewings and then providing feedback and have a keen eye for the serious buyers, investing their energy in the right places. A small business that must work tirelessly as we felt a priority of theirs at all times. One very happy customer here! Thank you Steve and Megan for all your support.

GoogleSteven and Meg have been amazing! The whole team are. We decided to go with imove from reccomenedations and they didn't disappoint. They were so helpful and knowledgeable with current market even with everything happening with COVID. Any questions or quires we had they responded so quickly. We didn't have the easiest exchange but Megan was so helpful through it all and took the stress away. I cant thank them enough. Highly recommended!!

Hello Dunia, Thank you for your feedback, we are of course disappointed that your experience with us as an agency left you feeling disappointed. As you were aware Belvedere Road received over 30 calls in the same day it was marketed due to the Landlord listing the flat for a very competitive price due to there being no viewings available because of Covid-19. The Landlord did unfortunately accept someone who viewed the flat while it was on the sales market and this was the only reason for his decision. We notified you on the same day of your enquiry that your offer was not accepted due to the above along with multiple other applicants we also had to inform. We fully understand being informed that your offer has not been accepted is upsetting, however, we can only take our Landlord clients instructions on who they wish to proceed with. iMove Property

GoogleThe worst agency we ever made an experiment with! After numerous of calls and over 5 hours wait for the property, the negotiation just never come back to us. Disgust of their disrespectful treat of Rob and his colleagues! During this hart time we should be kind to each other but it seems this company is just money greedy and don't care about their costumers and tenants as soon as they see the money. If I could I would give them -5 stars! Don't trust them! To the landlord who never received our offer for the 3 bedroom property on Belvedere Road, we accepted all your three conditions and was able to pay 6 or more months rent in advance and even if needed organise a guarantor as well! I felt like they just didn't take me serious as a woman even when I made a offer on 9.20 am, as the first caller on the day!
